Had a great experience here! The woman who did my haircut Natalie was very nice and professional, and made me feel good and at ease. In the end i was able to walk away with a smile on my face.

It’s 1/5/20 my daughter had an appointment for 1:30 today. We arrived around 1:20 and the appointment before us was all done. They paid and left, Deanne the woman working said she had to clean up. Instead of quickly cleaning to get my daughters appointment underway, she chatted with her coworker and leisurely moves about her work station. Without speaking a work to us at all, she headed to the back of the salon with the same coworker. Very unprofessional, especially considering the woman who does my hair here Liz is very professional and polite. I’d give her zero starts and the both of them ought to go work for a McDonalds or something with their s*** work ethic.

Friendly staff each time I visit. They do wonderful work as well.

My daughter was a test subject, her hair in dire need... I call the day , to schedule a same day appt for this hair emergancy. Well, long story to the short, she squeezed me into her already fully booked day, worked with mt daughter for her very first salon appt with a professional. My daughter doesnt usually do well for any type of appt, but this lady, working solo, did a phenomenal job and my daughter felt so comfortable. I was beyond impressed! Kudos to u! My daughter absolutely loves it!

Unattentive to what is going on and who has signed in. My daughter got skipped over. We ended up just leaving.

When I called and asked if I could just walk in for a haircut, the woman said Yes, come on in! Ten minutes later, I walked in, and the same woman (I made sure it was her) said, Oh, I actually dont have anything for an hour and a half. Would have been super helpful for her to say, Yes, we take walk ins, but theres an hour and a half wait right now. Call ahead and be very specific when you ask about the wait!

I have stopped several times seeing 1 stylist cutting hair and 2or more sitting playing with their phones and be told it will take 2 or more hours to get a cut. N i usaly tip 10.00 for a hair cut. It happen 5 days in a row now i go elsewhere.

Set an appointment for 10:45 when I got there they had over booked and didnt have staff to accommodate for there mistakes and werent willing to get me in until late that day I have four kids I made an appointment they weren t very well set up

They do a great job cutting hair and its very affordable. Walk-ins are accepted. I love it!

To busy playing on their phones to care. Plus they give terrible haircuts I feel like they dont know what they are doing and are just doing what they think is best. Definitely going some other place.

What an overall lovely experience! Ive been going here for years now and I always leave with the biggest smile on my face and hair I desired. If you enjoy wonderful service, good prices, and beautiful hair.... I totally advise you to stop at smartstyle in Walmart! Wonderfully down to earth hair dressers!

After having a very poor experience here and writing a very bad review a few years ago, this place is under new management and seems to be doing well. My wife has been there a couple times and really likes the result!

Pretty decent for Walmart salon

I was supposed to have my hair layered and dyed with blue streaks. Mariah did my hair and ruined it! Ive never seen layers like what she did and instead of my streaks starting from the top of head to the bottom the streaks were going from the front of my head towards the back!! When Mariah bleached the streaks she didnt even wait until my hair turned white blonde instead I had orange streaks!! So when she dyed my orange streaks my hair ended up coming out blue, purple and aqua!!!! I paid $80.00 they do not give refunds but another stylist was kind enough to dye my whole head black!! What really sucked was I was getting my hair done right before I left on vacation! NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! I will do my own hair from now on!!!!! I do want to add that Raine did my layers 2 years ago and she did a great job! After my visit last month you will never see me in this place again! Very upset I was not given my money back! #bye
