We had a flat tire while on vacation in peak season and all the auto mechanic shops were completely booked for several days. Complete Tire Services took us in even though they were booked solid for next 4 days. Well stay late if thats what it takes to take care of everybody who comes to us they said over the phone. Very reassuring to hear when you are 800 miles from home. Everybody there were polite, but at the same time didnt waste our time or theirs. Just no nonsense prompt efficient service. 2 thumbs up for everyone on CTS team! Thank you for quickly fixing our problem so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation.

We had the unfortunate experience of not 1 but 2 flat tires on our camper. Unable to avoid the 12 pack of empty Pabst scattered across the road! These folks were literally the best!! Fit us in on their full schedule with knowledgeable staff who were courteous. Very reasonable price as well. Three cheers for Complete Tire.

Had a slowly leaking tire and we took it to another place where they said it didnt have any leaks or punctures. The next day the tire was flat again so we took it here after work, 45 minutes before closing. They took our info and within 15 minutes had found a staple in the tire and had plugged it. Definitely coming back here because they were so quick.

Out of state on vacation..!! Noticed inside of tire was worn that bad the radials were showing. Call 5 different places none could care to help. Where ever did time go when you could stop at a place and get tire replace. Well here was the place. A+ service

Caught a flat while on vacation and was able to get a quick fix with a walk-in. Other places required appointments or couldnt do it that day. With 25 minutes and $25, tire repaired and on my way. They saved our week quickly, professionally, and everything held well back to Ohio. Would recommend Complete to anyone.

I bought new Michelin tires a couple of days ago before our trip to Surry. En route my inflation warning light came on, but the tires “looked”OK.This morning I checked them cold and they were all underinflated — two seriously: 27 psi instead of the 33 psi they should have been.I went to Harmon’s to get checked and corrected.Guess what? Their friendly technician checked them all and pumped them up appropriately with a digital control. The cost ? None!Nice!

Highly recommend. Visiting from Maryland and found all four tires on my car were cracked (was originally supposed to drive newer car but it ended up needing new transmission), anyways, with no tirlme to prepare the older car I didnt notice this until we had been here for a while. Called them in the morning and had four brand new tires by 2pm. They got me in for a 1:00 appointment and had the job done in an hour, as they said they would. Kind, courteous, & quick. Going back for the recommended re-torque of the lug nuts today. Top notch place.

They were all booked up, but because I was panicking because I wanted the snow tires in case it snowed when my dad had to go to the hospital for his open-heart surgery (which it did - TWO FEET!), they fit me in last minute due to somebody elses cancellation, and gave me an amazing price for the tires too. Cant say enough about how pleased I am with this place. And the snow tires have saved me at least four times just this winter! You would be doing yourself the favor by going to Complete Tire Services, for real. Thank you!!
