This place is an absolute disappoinment !!!The gentlemen who did my toe nails fell asleep & then disappeared for a little while the owner told me I should have kicked him in the head witch I thought was unprofessional that is her job to make sure her employees are doing their job needless to say I was there for four hours and iam not happy one abit about the quilty of the nails on day four one of my nails chipped and then day seven three more nails broke after spending four hours there they should have been perfect Kim does a horrible job and the gentlemen (dont know his name only guy that works there ) owner is very unprofessional !!

I went in to get my nails done & one nail wasnt shaped how I wanted it to be but, it seemed like Kim wasnt understanding what I was asking her to do so I justlet it go. Maybe four or five days later my shellac start the chip on 3 nails. I went in and got my shellac redone & then a week later a nail that was freshly put on when I got my fill broke from the base. Like the while nail & acrylic came off in one piece as well as my shellac was chipping again but, on 2 nails. I work in an office job so I just type all day. I dont do much of anything as far as physical labor wise. They did charge a hefty price which I was okay with because, the owner kept stating that we take our time & we do nice nails here. So, I expected nothing but that. Ive had shellac ever since Ive been getting my nails done much. They never normally chip. They might look dull when its older but, never chips. they charged an extra $20 for shellac. Im not too happy paying $20 for shellac that was not done properly either time. I like the environment but, I just truthfully wanted my nails done correctly :/

Carol was amazing! They whole experience was amazing. I didnt have an appointment so I was expecting to wait a long time, but I didnt. They got me in and did a fantastic job. Im definitely going back.

Overall terrible job. They were rude and didn’t even ask what shape I wanted. The dip was bumpy and uneven and way overpriced for the quality. Not only did they do a terrible job, but they made me pay through PayPal friends and family which meant I had to pick up the transaction fee plus what the nails cost. Very unprofessional, there are plenty of other nail places around this area that do a way better job and than this place!

I rarely do reviews but after going to a nail salon for several years that “processed” you in and out in record time and that slapped the polish on, never completely covering the nail, Creative Touch was a welcomed change. Liz did a wonderful job and never did I feel rushed! She worked me in as I was a walk-in and was very attentive. Her son did my leg massage as she finished another client and he did a wonderful job!! I highly recommend Creative Touch!

The nails are nice but I felt ignored and not listened to. I wanted a design but she totally ignored my request.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Will never ever go back! Nails were disgusting to look at and the lunatic said that she had another appointment so she had to rush in mine. Absolutely BS!

This isnt your average nail spa. These ladies know how to take care of you and make you feel like you belong there and have always been there. You are part of the family! Fantastic service and they take the time for you to have the most beautiful nails or really any service! Cant recommend enough!

Ive been going to a lot of nail salons over the past 4 years of traveling for my job. This is absolutely in my top 5 go to places now! Great customer service, amazing quality, and they care for the work they do and make sure quality is perfect. Highly recommend. Thank you guys so much. Ill be back in two weeks or so.

My daughter went in there and asked for square nails with a certain design she came out with point nails with the design she wanted, charged her $80.. and did not talk to her the whole time..

I had a really good experience here. Julie is really awesome and she took her time and I did not feel rushed. She made the experience really chill. I definitely recommend this place, everyone is chill and they love what they do. It shows in the nails they do, its definitely artwork for your hands or feet.

I’ve been doing my nails 💅🏼 for a while now and never paid as much as here 70. For nails that are not even done correctly I had them for 3 days and took them of because I don’t like them

Ladies are great! Did a great job on pedicure but it took awhile. Was there for about 1 he and 45 minutes. Did deluxe pedicure so that is more than likely why but just plan for a good chunk of time and if u need them to hurry just tell them:)

Rip off. They scam people by making you pay through pay pal “friends and family” and charge YOU the transaction cost because they’re too cheap to pay it themselves. Their Work was rushed and sloppy. AND they’re charging people $15 for a face mask that retails for less than a dollar per mask, disgusting. The worst part is they don’t tell you the cost of the mask upfront, they only tell you when it’s time to pay. They place was messy and unorganized and they people were not that friendly. 10/10 would NOT recommend. There’s tons of places that are better and less disorganized than this ripoff.

Today was my second time going. Today and sweet little girl named V. or Vanessa or Nessa. She told me that she was called all these names. Anyway she did my nails. She did a great job and was very nice. I will go back again!

Everyone in the shop were very friendly. Iam a careprovider and brought the person I care for with me to get her nails done also. They were great with her. My only complaint was while getting my pedicure done the attendant left me setting for some time and tended to others so took way longer. But overall nice job our nails and friendly staff.

I had a previous bad experience at LA Nails and was looking for a place that was up to date with the latest nail colors 10/10 the best nail shop I have ever been to. Very clean. The staff friendly and nice. The interior design is beautiful. Maje sure you make an appointment because it does get booked and it can take a while for them to get to you. Down side is that you cant really make plans that day because it took them 1 hour to get to us after our appointment and 3 hours to do our nails..they are slow.

I went to go get my acrylics filled with a friend we walked in and the first thing they did when we asked to get are acrylics filled is the whole salon laughed. They then insisted that we get the dip done instead of our request. We told them that we weren’t really looking into that. They decided to ask there one nail tech out of eight nail techs there that can do acrylics if she has time. She acted entitled and did not answer until they said her name a second time. She then responded with attitude/ almost yelling at us that she did not have time to fill are nails. We got there two hours before closing and somehow she didn’t have time. Never will I go back

It was my first time ever going there and they did an amazing job with my nails for prom. Absolutely loved it there!!

Came in as a walk-in for a pedicure; two girls werent doing anything, the one had an appointment 15 minutes later - no problem there, she wouldnt have had the time. The other girl tells me she has a headache, after I had just heard her tell the other girl she didnt want to do it because she was tired - I was standing right next to her when she said it. So she turned me away.I get tired doing my job too, so does everybody. But most of us still do it.

Love Creative Touch Nail Salon. Staff is so friendly and Im always getting compliments on my nails. Best part is they last for 3-4 weeks without chips or peeling. Wonderful!!!!

Came here before and loved it. Today I went and didnt get asked how I wanted them shaped. They did not even cut them down to the size of the one that was broke. One nail is shaped oval and the rest of them square. Just did NOT enjoy my experience this time.

Long time in chair

They charged me for a manicure I never asked for and I still had to pay. My nails were so rushed and bumpy the girl was more focused on talking then actually working on my nails. The price was too expensive for something I could’ve literally done myself.

Last few times I have been there I have been very pleased with Sam and very clean as well please with everything else there. Love the place that I have been ever since I moved up here. Im done south,

Completely awful experience. My sister in law and I went here to have our nails done and they rushed her nails and they looked like a complete mess. They didnt even start her appointment until 2 when it was at 1. They didnt realize my appointment was at 2. They tried to tell my sister in law that our appointments were not until 2:20, until we showed them the text confirmation confirming the 1 and 2 pm appointments. While they were starting mine my sister in law and I started talking about her nails at which point a technician who hadnt worked on either of our nails, stopped working on someone and started yelling at us that it was our fault that we came in on a busy day and we should have known better. She literally started screaming like a psychopath. Not sure if this woman was off her meds but she was definitely not mentally stable enough to work in a service industry. This is after they refused to do my sister in laws nail design bc it would take too long. Her nails ended up dipped with the gel bulging off her fingers. They were supposed to be oval and they came out asymmetrical... We had every right to not be happy about the way they looked and the time we had wasted there. We were talking amongst our selves and to be verbally acosted because of thier subpar performance. We literally had them stop working on my nails so we could leave. The manager, to her credit, did not have us pay for my sister in laws. Clearly she could see the shotty work as well. I would not recommend going there!!!!!

I waited 45 minutes after my appointment to be seen.The work was rushed, she said she didnt have time to do what I wanted her to, even though I made an appointment. The nails are uneven and stick up unnaturally from my finger. Terrible experience. Poor quality.

This place took away the desire to do my nails to show a girl a picture of the design and did not do it instead they made me according to a design of them that I really did not like and it took two and a half hours to talk a lot and work little and it does not make me hygienic that the employees eat there in front of the customers smells of food more than in spa of nails are not professionals and apart they speak of the clients in their language that I did not understand but between their looks you can perceive that they are not good comments 😝😝
