Can be hit or miss at this place. They are closed Tuesday.They are nice ,but short staffed most days. Sometimes when trying to be nice they can come off as rude in response. Expect long period wait times especially on weekends. Although walk ins are welcome they prefer for you call ahead. It is best to come as early as possible honestly.

Not even worth ,1 star, waited 2+ hours with my friend! I decided an hour in that I was not patronizing this nail salon due to their lack of concern for peoples time. The lady doing the pedicures was moving slower than a 12 hour work day. Both of them had no problem openly showing their frustration with customers. Ill take my hard earned money elsewhere before Ill take it there.

I got my nails done here for the first time. I got acrylic nails and for the first day I loved it they were pretty and felt good. After a day or so I noticed pus right on the edge of my nail. I tried to take them off at my friends house but I ended up having to go back and get them taken off. To be fair they did give me a $30 gift card for there afterwards. I gave that to my friend though because I wasn’t getting my nails done like that again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I sent my gf to get a pedicure and she waited in the building for 25+ minutes and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE addressed her. Then when I went to talk with the manager about the terrible service, he just kept saying very busy to everything I said leading me to assume that his English was not good and that he did not fully understand what my issue was. I will not recommend this business to anyone and will discourage anyone who will listen to not support them

I got my nails done for prom and it look great but after 3 or 4 days later all of the nails came off. I wasnt too upset because prom was already over but still I pay $30 for it.

I went there for the first time with a friend. I got a gel manicure and I got just what I wanted. ♡ When I have time, I want to go back for the matching pedicure!

Did an ok job but some nails were not straight and not painted all the way. When I was getting my toes done the last Doug the tool into my skin.

I called to scheduled an appointment for 6:30pm for 2 at 10 in the morning. When we get there 15 mins before our appointment they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I told them my name and that I had called and scheduled an appointment earlier that morning. We go to pick our colors and they didn’t even start on either one of us until an hour later. To top it off we didn’t leave until after 9!!!! 3 hours for half decent nails?? And all we wanted was a full set each and one pedicure. For me to call that early in the morning and schedule an appointment and be there 15 mins before our scheduled appointment and then to be the last people to leave was ridiculous. They kept starting on someone and then stopping to go and start to do something with someone else. People were still coming in even after we did and were left there for hours but they were still able to leave before we did. The one lady that was doing my pedicure burnt the bottom of my foot with wax. And the guy doing my nails ONLY added the nails. Nothing to cut, trim, remove cuticles, nodda. Towards the end, when they were closing up, but we were still there, the guy would stop what he was doing with my nails to go and help close up but yet he wasn’t even done with my nails yet! I’m new to the area so I have not yet found my go-to place for nails, and although they did a presentably decent job on my nails, this will never be the place!!!!

They did a better job than what I had gotten done the weekend before. There are minor critiques like I wouldve liked them to take care of my cuticles, and I think she put super glue on my natural nails (I had the dip done). So I mean, all and all, its not terrible, but its more so something to keep my natural nails from breaking.

Over all 2 and half stars if u dont mind being pushed being rude to customers but the nail work is average Ive had better but nowhere else I know doing dip in Elkhart so have to put up with for now Ive never had my dip nails peel off my nails they seriously messed up run dont waste ur time and money

The lady that did my nails did a good job, but before that this old lady was doing my cuticles and pinch me 4 times to the point of making me bleed.

They’re always short staffed. Never enough workers and always a long wait. Pedicures are good though. Just don’t expect to get in and out ever! Even with an appointment. Also they aren’t friendly at all. Most times you sit there forever without even being greeted. Decent service once it’s finally completed though.

I made an appt for a polish change and it was 30mins I waited for them to get started. She was really rough and went really fast which means her work was not her best I know sure. Will not be coming back!

They did suck a great job with my nails I recommend this place it is a little pricey but it is worth it.

This place takes forever to get your nails done. Plus the people that work there dont speak proper English which makes it difficult to understand them. When I was describing what my mom wanted, the lady just stared blankly at me in confusion. All I said was that she wanted to cut her nails shorter, shorter and the lady didnt understand that. Once she did understand she left my moms nails crooked and with way too much glue and messy.

They get the job done but u got to wait if u aint got nothing else to do or not in a harry. They need 2 more help.

I’ll start by saying the quality of the nails you leave with is excellent. However; the trip to the end product is ridiculous. We called and made a reservation which they didn’t recall upon arrival. My friend and I asked for two full sets and one pedicure and were there for 3 hours. The salon wasn’t terribly clean & was highly unorganized. It took 1.5 hours just for my full acrylic set because the nail techs continued to jump back and forth between me and 3 other women, and continued taking new clients and adding them to the rotation, making our experience even longer. Just a complete lack of ability to prioritize and a complete lack of organization.

The nail tech did a great job. I think she was learning because a man had to come and fill the nails but she did all the filing and everything else including a French tip that she painted fantastically. She really paid attention to detail and I left there happier than Ive left the last THREE nail places Ive been to in a month.

Despite the wait being quite long and the staff a bit distracted, possible they were just spread too thin that day. I did get my nails the way I wanted.

Every time I come here is a mess. Today I asked for gel paint and these people give me things that I didn’t ask for and charged me for their mistakes. One time before the main lady in there physically hurt me by smashing me toes to the point consumers got highly up set with her because they saw the pain I was in and I told her to please stop because she was hurting me. These people need to be reported to the better business bureau so an investigation can be done! I wish could go lower but older lady who told paint off was okay but she did what she wanted but instead of what I wanted done! They charged me at least 5 dollars more than my bill was. The sad thing is the lady that removes the paint from my nail was expecting a trip! Just awful!

If I could go lower I would. I took my mom, my mother in law, my daughter and myself. They overcharged me and not one of our nails were done correctly. The people doing the pedicures were friendly and did an ok job. Ill never go there again.

The owner is great! have been going there for 2 years now. not all do a great job but not a horrible job. they are always extremely busy that must mean something. Nails last a long time sometimes even three weeks, if you experience breakage within the first week or so it could be your nail bed or natural oils. i do nails and i know not everyone reacts the same to the products.

They do good work but they always try to do what they want instead of doing or giving their customers what they want.

Since they got that new guy in there they dont do a good job anymore I dont know if hes the boss or what but he wants to do what he wants to do when you telling him how you want your nails he doesnt listen to you he must not know hes working for you not the other way around. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I’d love to leave no stars but it’s not an option. Both my sister and I went in to receive nails services. I wanted just a color change on my acrylics and she asked for a pink and white set and showed them a photo of the size white she wanted. The tech drilled my acrylics almost all the way off AND then wanted to put the gel color on them that way. Then when I was upset about it she started laughing like it was a joke. My sister then showed me her whites were almost 3/4 of an inch thick when the photo she showed them was the thinnest pink and whites so then they take clippers and chop them all down and start soaking them. Meanwhile we had already been here for an hour. So I’m walking out with sore nails and almost all of my acrylic filed off! They tried making my sister pay full price or they were going to clip them off with toe nail clippers and call the police. Meanwhile she’s crying because the tech started filing her nails very hard and roughly after she told him they were not what she asked for. Just a very traumatic experience for just wanting a nail service! The whole staff was extremely rude. Save your nails and money, go anywhere BUT HERE!!!

My first time getting a dip here and within two days three nails were broken. I went back to get them fixed and it took an hour and a half. Within 3 more days I had 5 more nails chip off. I could not be more disappointed.

Went in for a fill and she started on two nails and went in the back with a customer and came back totally forgetting she didn’t fill them and shaved them down I told her she didn’t fill and basically ignored me and I told the guy who took her place she didn’t fill them and he continued painting my nails look horrible and I told her when I went to pay she didn’t fill them and I think she knew because she got really wide eyed and tried to say she did on all when I know she didn’t I’ll never come to this place again

Terrible customer service and even worst attitudes. They think we can’t understand they’re language, so they talk badly about customers. They don’t keep appointment times and they are short with customers because of their lack of the English language. Also my nails look like they have already grown out and I just left there shop.

People arent very friendly. Ive been going there for over a year. A few of my nails turned green. They didnt seem concerned and went over the green areas with the electric nail file and didnt even change the attachment when they worked on the next lady.

They are so horrible PLEASE DONT COME HERE!!!! I went in at 4:00 pm and I sat there for 30 minutes soaking my feet in the water and then after 30 minutes they got to me. they finished my pedicure after an hour, they sat me down to get a fill and then the lady said since I had white acrylic powder on they had to take them off, so then they put my hand in acetone for two hours, then finally they get to me and the guy wanted to cut off my real nail because they were super thin and the acrylic wasnt going to hold. so I said it was okay to cut them off, I was mad that they were taking long and now they had to cut my real nails off. I got more mad but he said he was going to fix them and make them really pretty but while taking the white acrylic off my nail he pulled on my real nail really bad and didnt apologies at all so thats when I got up and had enough and walked out but then he told me I had to pay for my pedicure I went in to pay it. then they try to charge me $45 for the pedicure when it said $40 I asked them why and she said it was because of gel nail polish when I never got gel nail polish so PLEASE ASK FIRST ABOUT THE PRICE BEFORE YOU PAY THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!! This is by far the worst experience ever and taking a total time of five hours only to get my pedicure done.

On there web site it say they open up at 9:30 am on sunday not true it says on there door on sunday at 11:30 am they change there web site for sunday they might open though week that but not on sunday

Nails didnt come out good and my nails messed up 2 days after getting them done and i wasnt even doing any heavy work with my hands so dissapointed
