This place is a horrible place to get your nails done, the manger or whatever he was cursed me out because I mentioned that my nails are poorly made by one of their newest tech, mentioned that she doesnt even have her equipment, had cut my tips with scissor and cut two of my fingers, and made my cuticles look really bad because of excess of acrylic... I honestly didnt wanted to mentioned it in front of her because a professional owner would never let an employee work without their proper equipment and her attitude was still sweet. but her 20 year experience definitely did not show. I expect a very sorry apology and as a customer feel I can go back, but all I got was you can come in I take the nails off and you can have a refund when I set there for almost 2 hours. not thanks!!!!

I have nail polish (gel) all over my cuticles. My pinky toe is chipped- I just had the done 15 minutes ago. Horrible. The man shouldn’t be doing nails. Gel polish is all over my toes/skin. Absurd.

It was my first time there today. Got in fast. Very friendly people working there. Wasnt stinky. They took their time and made sure my nails looked good and I was happy. Will definitely be going there over and over.

Who says ombre nails cant be other colors than typical white? Amy has such a talent and does such a nice job. This is the 2nd time Ive had her do ombre nails that are different colors, and she does an excellent job!!

Walked in and sat for over 45 minutes with none of the workers acknowledged me so I walked out.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this place is so unsanitary that it concerns me. I had my nails done by Amy and I knew as soon as she slipped on a REUSED glove with nail dust all over, it wasn’t going to be a pleasant time. She spent a total of 10 minutes on my nail fill, not even attempting to make them look nice. Just wanting me in and out I assume. And she burned me with the drill and didn’t apologize or acknowledge it. And to top it off SHE smudged my polish and didn’t fix it and just slapped on a THICK layer of top coat. I now have an uneven nail fill and had to file my nails myself at home because they were so jagged and looked terrible. Then repainted myself as well. So what exactly did I pay for since I had to redo half the service?? Safe to say I won’t come back or recommend this place at all.The only reason I even came to this place is because my usual nail guy in mishawaka is on vacation so I figured I’d try a place a little closer to home. Next time I will just make the drive to a place that is more attentive to detail and cleanliness. If you want a good quality and CLEAN Nail Salon, go to Allure! Again, it truly kills me to complain. However, when I am paying someone to have my nails done, I would like them to at least attempt to make them look nice and doing so in a CLEAN environment😒😒

I’ve gone there twice and this is my last time. Amy did my nails and some of my nails are longer than others and some skinner than others and one of them is leaning the right instead of going up straight (I got coffin shape nails). She was just rushing. She didn’t bother taking her time.

I really try to leave positive reviews as much as I can but I went here because my normal salon was closed and I was heading out of town on business. I had a mani and pedi. He filed my feet with a metal file so aggressively that my feet bled and had a sore for several days. Then I developed a foot fungus where I had to be seen my a doctor and prescribed Fluconazole. My nails were sloppy and I had to clean them up when I got home so they were half way presentable for my meeting. Really disappointed in the service received for the price.

I love going to Amys friendly and I never have any problem with my nails.

Did exactly what i wanted and my nails look great. Happier with their service than most places ive been to.

Wonderful service at a great price

I had a terrible experience here which is why I am giving 1 Star. Went in for a mani and pedi around 5pm and I just felt like the service on me was really rushed. There were clumps nail polish on in toenails. I had to come home and clean off the sides. Nail tech filed my nails so aggressively it burnt my skin. Cuticles were also cut so far I bled. Hope their tools are sanitized properly! Left a tip anyway but will not be back. If you’re a first timer looking for a new spot I wouldn’t pick this one!

Walked in and they barely acknowledged me until i had to ask what colors they had for shelac. Then lady (amy) hopped between me and another woman. She rushed through it and did a horrible job. My nails were uneven, lumpy AND didnt polish my nail all the way so you can see through the color. Never coming here again please dont go.

Watched soccer the entire time getting my nails done, all different shapes, didn’t paint them all the way, and put clear coat on when my nails were still wet. Looks terrible will never go back.
