This is our new happy place! Coach Carlo and Mr. Ash are amazing instructors. It’s been eye opening to watch all the Tiny Tigers learn and practice their movements, proving how much they have learned in each class and how naturally most of the movements are. It’s always fun watching these kiddos move around being playful yet fierce!

My 5 year old son loves going to Valor! He’s been attending since October of 2020 and already has grown so much. Staff is amazing! Quick, responsive, and attentive. The coaches are knowledgeable and extremely patient, especially with the kids. They understand the kids and somehow always manage to keep them engaged, focused and disciplined. I highly recommend Valor Training Center. Come try their free trial classes. You won’t regret it!

Best martial arts school around. I spent some time here checking out the classes, I am looking to put my kid in this specific school in the near future. From observing the classes, all the students actually learn how to properly throw punches and kicks, they truly learn self defense and a life skill - this is not a daycare like other karate schools. Even the young kids (around 5-7 years old) throw strikes with intent. Another very important thing for me, is making sure the instructor can actually perform the strikes they are teaching. In this case, all the instructors are very capable, and demonstrate the strikes themselves for the students to learn.

My daughter and I started together a month ago in Elk Grove and this training is REAL! Being that were beginners and we dont feel overwhelmed or left out is great! The instructors are really attentive and very motivating! Soreness never felt so inspiring!

Valor Training Center is life changing. I have trained in other martial arts schools before, but none compare to the quality and care that comes from the coaches and staff members at VTC. This is a family friendly environment and you too can be part it. If you are looking to compete, get fit, and/or learn self defense, this is the place to be. Trust me when I say, this school is so great, that I had literally commuted to Stockton for 3 years prior to them opening their doors in Elk Grove earlier this year. This place is worth the price tag, the gas, and the milage. Im just lucky enough that this gym is now here in my town. Believe me when I say, Valor can change your life forever.

VTC gave me the confidence and the final push to pursue my dreams of opening my own business, although now I am vey busy and no longer train, I can say with 100% certainty that everyone at Valor is genuine and joining was one of the better decisions in my adult life. Kru Patrick is not just there to teach you Muay Thai, he is there to push you to be a better version of yourself every time you walk through that door. Three of my kids train here (2 teens/1 adult) and they absolutely love everything about it! My daughter learned how to be tough, my boys learned how to harness their strength and they all are more confident because of their experience at Valor Training Center.

Solid coaches and training feels like one on one, very easy to jump right in and feel like part of the group regardless of experience. This started as an alternative to the gyms being closed but will end up taking priority even after they open back up just because its so much fun. VTC!

An incredible facility with world class instruction and very friendly staff and instructors. They really make everyone feel like a family and create a very welcoming environment for anyone to come in. It doesnt feel intimidating and I have a blast at every class.

This place has one of the best staffs and facilities Ive been to over my years of going to gyms and training martial arts!!! Very family oriented and focused on giving everyone that attention they need to grow. They staff is always cleaning and roaming the premises greeting and interacting with parents, spouses, or whomever you may have brought to with you to watch or to train. The owner Patrick is definitely someone that cares and is about his surrounding community, he often would bring up kids at the end of practice to share announcements like grades or positive achievements both in and out of the muay thai academy! With great leadership like that you can really see the kids gain confidence and a sense of pride. Not only that but layout really compliments the cardio and adult programs that get ran during the kids program give you that 35 to 45 minutes of burn you need while being within an eye balls shot of you kids. If you or your family want to get in shape then I highly suggest you try this place out!

A spacious facility with top notch equipment. The moment you enter through the door you’re greeted by everyone. All students, staff, and parents are smiling, courteous, and most importantly having fun.The walls are painted in a vibrant red and black. The color scheme just screams badass. The kids/adults training area is covered in Zebra mats with mirrors on the East wall. Parents can enjoy watching their kids from the seats and armrests near the entrance side. A small dining area is located adjacent this area. You can see the current class training through windows facing the training mats.Next is the bag/ring area. It is covered in modular mats and has 5 Fairtex banana bags, 2 Fairtex boxing bags, 2 elbow bags, and a full-size ring along with jumping ropes, Thai pads, and other gym paraphernalia. Best of all, it always smells Pine sol clean.The coaches specialize in teaching beginners and working professionals. The clients here can’t afford to get injured, so the staff are always vigilant in making sure everyone is training appropriately. New members will feel comfortable learning a new skill in a safe training environment because the training is tailored for novices.Kru Pat is the owner and head instructor of the Valor facilities. Under his guidance 3 champions have emerged from Valor. Aside from adults, at least 5 girls and 3 boys, ages 10-15 have earned championship belts from all over the world: Turkey, South America, Thailand, and all over the US.
