The studio has excellent space for teaching and exercising section for warming up before a class. The wall is decorated with their name, accomplishments, travels, and dedication to their community. Kind people to have ever meet.

I love coming here to practice tai chi. The instructors make it very easy to understand, breaking down the forms and movements clearly and with great detail and patience. I felt the health benefits of practicing it right away. The other students are super welcoming and it feels like a family now. So glad I took the plunge and tried it!

Ive been apart of this dojo for a little while mostly because of my brother part taking in the activities but Ive participated in classes before. Even though the training is extensive and tiring I find it fun. Much better workout if done everyday, 4 days a week at least, as you get to do cardio, muscle, and simply aerobic workouts. If you have time definitely come join in on the fun!
