The trainers are amazing. Sam is there during the mornings and she always makes sure you are pushing yourself while enjoying the workout. No matter your skill level, its always challenging. If you dont like the long sessions at the gym, these 30 minutes in your day are all you need.

The trainer is very encouraging. It’s a quick workout and I feel like I’ve worked hard within that 30 minutes.

Started coming here a couple weeks ago with my entire family and were all addicted! Coaches are motivating and personal, exercises are always different but always challenging. No need you wait for classes to start...just jump in once your hands are wrapped and youre ready to go. In and out in 30 mins, but sweat as if you were there for an hour! This is our new family bonding time!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that I get a personal trainer every time I go. I also like that I can burn 400 calories in 30 mins!

Normally i would say this... Love this place the trainers are great and u get a great work out! But today i got frustrating and disappointing news that they were not just moving but the last day open is this saturday and they dont know the re open date! Really this is how u run a business... You are moving that is fine but how about a notice like this is our last day to transition to our new location a week or two in advance?! What about my monthly dues? I have nothing in writing about any of this! And feel that as member i am completely out of the loop for what is going to happen... So frustrated

I made an appointment to get a tour and information in 9round Elk Grove through out their website, I showed up on time , but they were CLOSE due to relocation, this is so embarrassing. It shows that they don’t care about their customers

Owner is great and personable. Workouts are fun but challenging-a great alternative to traditional weightlifting.

The staff is professional, friendly and help motivate you everyday. Love that there are new exercises and challenges every day.

9 Rounds Elk Grove is a great place for a quick workout that helps keep me interested and fit.
