A nice medium size gym with friendly staff

I called this place and set up a deal over the phone and paid with my credit card, and spoke to a guy named Sammy and he told me that my card would be ready the next day when I went in, and so the next day when I went in. My card wasnt ready. The manager was gone and forget to leave memberships cards for potential new customers. (not good)Then when I went back the following day no one had anything ready and couldnt help me:( ... I got really frustrated and left. I was told that when the Manager Sammy came back everything would be fine but waited all day for someone to call me. No one ever called me back. I finally called back and got a hold of a front desk staff who didnt seem very attentive. When I went in , She wasnt even at the front desk. I dont think that these people really care about their clients. I also called in on Friday and asked just to cancel my membership and they told me that I would have to come in and sign paperwork just to leave but the thing is that I never signed paper work to even begin with?!?!I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who is serious about their fitness at all. This is not how you manage a gym.#truth

This gym has a calm atmosphere not over crowded like most gyms. I like being able to use equipment when i want. The gym is very upfront about what youre signing up for and even offered me a free personal training session. Glad i was recommended this place!

The owners of this place do not care about their members. Even when you try give suggestions on making this gym better the owners do not care. This gym needs to get rid of the old class instructors and replace them with new ones with new routines. One of the Zumba instructors there has the same boring songs/routines over and over. When i had asked him if he had any new songs and dance routines he had an attitude with me. So I recently left this place. Find a better gym folks! Also because I have heard the gym owner will call you and argue with you if you post a negative review about their gym. I concealed my real name to ensure I do not get any harassing phone calls from them.

I recently joined and was given a complimentary training session. The session was very helpful and got me comfortable with the gym. Zach motivated me and gave me a workout plan. Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone in the surrounding area.

Joined at the end of May on a special great price for what you get. I was able to add my spouse with the deal. We are on different schedules and this is the only gym that is open 24 hours in the area.

In Elk Grove for a class. Called in advance and was told $5 per day to use gym. Used it on Wednesday and came back Thursday (walked to gym with phone, earbuds and a $5 bill) and was told it’s $10. Explained I paid $5 yesterday...”sorry”.....wow never again.

Premier Fitness has the right equipment to get the job done and also offers a few different classes. I personally enjoy the Zumba class taught by Yuka she is very sweet but will also push you to your limits.

I havent worked out in years so was not familiar with how to use a lot of equipment this gym had . Not knowing how to use the equipment wasnt an issue because the friendly staff guided me on how to use each machine properly.

I had membership thru here for several years. I wanted to cancel my membership. Every time I call no one answers and it goes to voicemail and then it says voicemail is full you can hang up now. I finally got a hold of an administrator he said I needed to come and give cancelation in writing before my payment is due. I went there gave him my note asked him if I was going to be charged he said no you are all good to go. I left next thing I see on my bank account they charged me monthly due plus premium $39.99+$26. I called the owner said I had to give them 30 days notice to cancel as if I was renting. This is redicoulous and rip off. I would never go there again and refer any more family and friends.

I believe 2.9 is underrating for this gym. They have all you need and you definitely get what you’re paying for.

Open when I need it, never crowded. Has what I need...does not charge me for what I dont need.

I work a swing shift job and no other gyms fit my schedule. Thankfully this gym is open 24/7.

Convenient location right off the freeway.

Paid ma membership in full months later i get a letter stating I still owe them money. Even one of the workers try to warn me. Theyre shady go somewhere else.
