I love the customer service here. Every time I come here its the same way Roman she is incredible.

First time renting, but will not be a returning customer. My fiance we werent aware that we were going to get charged for toll fee services when we reserved the car and when we got the car, it wasnt in much of a bad shape besides the lingering smell of cigarettes from the previous renters and the dust on the outside of the car. When my fiance called to ask for another additional day, the female employee told him that itll be $48 including $15 additional fee which we thought it was fine. Until the day we returned the car, she accused my fiance for returning the car late when we were four minutes early. She also accused my fiance that we didnt pump the gas fully when we pumped it a little over than what we received in the beginning. My fiance proved her wrong and in the end, we got charged $110 in total for the additional day in which we thought that was just going to be $63. If she was to do a better job on explaining that itll be $110 for the additional day, then we wouldnt even take the offer. This car rental place ate a lot of our money than what we bargained for. We best not see any additional charges that we did not commit because it already felt like a rip off, so well take our business somewhere else.

Forgot my wireless earphones in the car which I never got back. If the clean up guys were really honest, I would have received it by now.

Our local Budget rental is right down the road from our house in Elk Grove California which made it very easy to pick our car. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. We needed to rent a dependable car for the weekend to go visit family out of town. The car was new,clean and comfortable.It also had all the modern upgrades, the blue tooth feature was wonderful. We will defiantly recommend Budget to our family and friends. Thank you

Decent customer service. It was a little confusing getting there as its hidden in a large shopping center. I do wish that they would explain a bit more about the features that the newer cars offer. I rented a Buick enclave and I was having a hard time figuring out how to put the cat in drive.

I used the Internet to make my reservation and it was very easy. When I arrived at the budget rental office the two ladys where very helpful and professional. Very clean and comfortable location and the price for a full size car was a fair price. Nice experience, keep up the good work! Smile...

Pricing is comparable to other rental agencies. Vehicle variety for selecting your car, is horrible. Even if you reserve it, youre lucky to get something similar.Also, they kept my placard I forgot in the glovebox, causing me to have to get a new one at DMV. I would not recommend this location!

I found it was a very reasonable price with unlmtd miles, I was able to use my AARP discount that was even better deal and even better, save some money when you pay and reserve on-line. The car was clean and comfortable. I liked that there was no pressure into purchasing any extras, very simple process.I will use budget in the future when there is a need, I would highly recommend budget car rental.

Beware of the owner of this budget location she will lie and scam you. Make sure to check your statements cause she will over charge you and continue to charge you months after you rent a vehicle. She will use your old contract number that was closed out to make random charges to your account so please beware.
