Great experience with Genesis. I worked mainly with Patricia, who was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They had a small computer error that meant when I showed up they werent expecting me. Instead of turning me away they handled the situation professionally and still completed my tint in the amount of time they quoted. The resulting work when I picked up my vehicle was top notch. Not only great customer service, great quality as well. Highly recommend.

Nice location. Good work and very caring at what they do with your vehicle... If getting a lot of tinting done have someone pick you up for there is no waiting area/tv etc...If getting small tinting needs done you can wait. They do have small seating area,but there is going to be nothing to do beside look out the window.. Overall nice clean place and the tinting is top of the line...!

Ive been coming here for 16 years. I like them because they provide a lifetime warranty against defects, unlike the competitors 3 or 5 year warranty. They are fast and do a great job. They also have a huge window from the lobby into the shop so you can watch your car get worked on if you are that crazy. Very good business and very good craftsmanship. Plus, the price is the same no matter how dark the tint you choose. Other places will increase the price for the darker tints. Genesis charges by the tint manufacturer - one only blocks UV while the other two manufacturers block UV and heat. Highly recommend. Their work has only improved over the years.

Staff is very helpful. I wasnt sure which tint to get. They patiently explained the options (there are way more choices than I expected). Great place!

Clean, organized, and professional. Not 100% sure of thier product prices but they do have a lot of high end product that can be expensive for maximum satisfaction. If you dont mind spending a bit much for quality work with quality materials then this is the place for you

Three years ago took my new 2015 VW GTI. One of the first MK7 at the time. There system was already updated for my car. Was able to do tint and clear-bra same day. After two days had some bubbles in the clear-bra, took the car to them without calling. They got me in right away no problem fixed it and I was on my way 30mins. Top work. This is my third car I have had them work on and will not go anywhere else.

I recently took my 2014 Honda Accord on 07/18/2020 to Genesis for complete tinting all around. I was greeted by Vijay, he was very friendly and professional with reviewing the percentages of tint allowed by law and recommended what would look best for the interior of my vehicle. I was contacted by Vijay by phone throughout the day as the status of my vehicle and his technicians jokingly were able to save the Raiders window decals despite him and his crew being long time Niners fans. lol.....They detailed and cleaned the interior and even put a sticker on the drivers side window pod to remind me not to roll down the windows 3-5 day for the tint to cure.I would recommend Genesis Window Tinting for your automotive tinting needs.The final price I paid was very reasonable for the job performed and the State worker discount is a nice bonus.

Tinting services are great. Customer service is also top notch. One little critic, they left dirty water streaks all around the bottom of the car, likely from the water used for installing the tint; didnt notice it until I got home. Nothing a little quick detailer cant wipe away. Overall, great service.

What a great window service we will use them for now on!!! this the go-to place for many automotive professionals -- dealers and wholesalers alike. Theyre fast and cheap, but youve got to understand that walk in customers are probably %20 of their business. - Wait times was typically an hour, but i chose mobile service since it was for free. 4 months ago-I highly recommended this place to my coworkers at my company. I had my car window smashed in the middle of the night and they were open right on time at 8am and were able to not only give me a quote but also repair the window. The staff were all very friendly, the prices are way cheaper than most glass shop out there. Today 10/12/13 i was around the shopping center and someone broke into my car again...I called choice glass and they were here for me. i tell you this place is awesome. Again its Much cheaper than other places around town. The customer service is always fantastic, inexpensive, and very pleasant to work with them.

So far so good! Had my 2003 BMW 325i tinted, all 3 windows in the rear. Just about the 2 month mark and no bubbles, streaks, or peeling. Will update.

Amazing experience from consultation & quote through completed, professional installation. I had 6 windows and two french doors (all facing East) that required tinting. After thorough research I settled on the Vista Window film, and this dealer. I couldnt be more pleased with the results. I am a bit of a high line car collector and I feel about my vehicles the way doting parents feel about their children.I am extraordinarily particular and obsessive about every aspect of any procedure done to the cars, and I have never been accused of being easy to work with.That being said, I am compelled to write my very first review. I have used Genesis Window Tinting multiple times, and every time am impressed with the level of care and craftsmanship they exhibit. I bring them challenging jobs, and every time am blown away not only with the perfection of the end result, but their can do attitude and ingenuity in coming up with solutions to my impossible requests. All this while being cognizant of exotic interior materials, never causing any stains or abrasions. You cannot tell they were there, except for the tint. I have been using the Nano-Ceramic film. It has very impressive specifications, but the real life experiences with this are nothing short of amazing. With direct California sun on a 100° day, there is no perceptible heat on your skin.In this market environment where a single bad experience, whether it is valid or not, is blasted across social media, I wanted people to be aware that this company is a place to go for honest trustworthy tinting by people who still value dying concepts like customer service and integrity.

Genesis is simply the best. I have had 5 Infiniti’s tinted here beginning back in 2006, and I’m having my new Q60 tinted next week. Awesome workmanship & very professional. I don’t even think about going anywhere else.Thanks Genesis Staff!
