My son absolutely loves this place! Food is usually good and fresh, & restrooms kept clean. Great place for family fun, only thing the prices are outrageous for the prizes.very cheap and cost way to many tickets, a tiny rubber ball is 300 tickets but is in the little vending machine for 25¢

The pizza was great, fresh and tasty. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. The only downside was it was a busy Sunday afternoon and there was a lot of food and trash on the floor in the section where we were. Just need a little more attention to clean up after the crowd eats.

Pizza was good but trying to get a slice of pepperoni pizza was def a challenge. As I had 2 small children with me that only wanted pepperoni I wasnt too thrilled with that. Apple dessert pizza was amazing!

If i could give this place zero stars I definitely would! The entire building was absolutely DISGUSTING! Food all over the tables and foor. Quite a few of the arcade games didnt even work and the staff was not polite at all. I recommend no one go to the place, EVER!

I like gatties its buffett style pizza and salads and theyve got this cinnamon pastry thats delicious highly recommend. and nice atmosphere go there every other week.

Had my daughters 6th Birthday party at Mr Gattis and it was awesome! All the staff were amazing, helpful & super nice. The kids had so much fun in the game room, loved all their prizes they won & the food was great!!! I will definitely have another party there!!!! Thank you to everyone who worked Halloween afternoon 2020! You all are rockstars!!!

Got here a little after noon, only had one pizza on the buffet. Lady at the register was rude, and it took forever to get another pizza out. I could understand this right before closing but at lunch time? We just moved from Texas to Elizabethtown and we’re looking for a pizza buffet like CiCis in Texas. Guess we will continue looking. A ton of customers here just sitting watching the news waiting on food that should have already been ready. Poor management. Will not be back.

Arrived around 3pm on a Monday afternoon. Wasnt crowded, food was good. Kids had fun in the game room. Thumbs up.

I hate the plastic gloves but its part of a covid-19 mandate so I suppose they cant help it. The dining room was a disaster area, our table was wiped off but the seats were full of crumbs. The food was really good though, the price of the buffet is a great value.

Place was filthy!!! Bus boys were more worried about talking than cleaning and sanitizing the tables and chairs. Didn’t even bother to clean the baby high chair. Wasn’t hardly any pizza selection to pick from.

The food was not very good the bottom of the pizza was not even edible it was very hard. And the staff seemed only interested in getting to close up and go home. Granted we were there pretty close to closing time but in my opinion we should not have been rushed out of there like we were. If you let us come in and purchase food which you have to purchase to enter the building and then allow my kids to purchase game cards you should definitely not walk around trying to hurt us out before they have a chance to use their game cards that they purchase. All in all I was pretty disappointed with the visit

We are fortunate to have a Gattis in Etown. However I wish the owners would teach the management team.....so the can teach the employees better....much better sanitation. I get the trots every now and then after eating there!

I used to like this place. But it seems like the staff has gotten worse. I had a call out order and they had obviously given me pizza from off the bar instead of making me my own pizza which I thought they were supposed to do for call ins. Even if they gave me the food off the bar that wouldnt have made me so mad except for the fact that most of the pieces they gave me were so tiny the equal to be a little less than 3/4 of a pizza. They put the pieces in a circle but when you put them all together a huge chunk of the pizza wasnt missing. I called and the manager seemed really mad that she had to deal with my situation. The guy that answered the phone knew the pizza was bad hes like I kind of thought we were going to get a phone call for this one. And the manager was just unpleasant an exasperated that she even had to talk to a customer. I also seen some of the staff yell at some elderly people for sitting down at a table they had cleaned for another family. Turns out these elderly people were part of the family and didnt deserve to be treated that way no matter what anyways. And the whole dining room was dirty and they were not busy. The family had hunted down this person who was chatting away with other employees to get something to wipe the table . Same thing we did when we got in there This was before covid I have not gone in to eat since covid-19.( when I said not busy up there I meant like there was us elderly couple in their family and two other tables. Nobody else was in there unless they were in the game room and no birthday parties. It was in the middle of the week)

Pizza was good, as always. There was not a very good variety, at lunch time, however. This location has gloves to put on, and has returned to a modified self serve.

Decent food. Staff a little unprofessional and not very attentive. Arcade staff was extremely helpful when it came to correction of game faults. Good place for kids though!

Face mask and gloves required at the bar, cleaner than usual. Gave me one sad plastic fork and a childs to go styrofoam cup. No spoons offered. No gloves required in game room, so germ free eating followed by games covered in kiddy germs.

We just moved to E-town from Louisville.. The pizza is decent but sadly they dont have the mac and cheese that the dixie location has.Please get the Mac and Cheese

Not a family friendly environment! Unless someone was pulling a sick prank by putting CNN on one of the TVs and staff didnt catch it, its safe to say this establishment endorses terrorism, socialists such as George Soros, and blatant racism. Dont bring children around this propaganda filth!

The restaurant floor and the food serving areas were very clean. We had the buffet and the food was as fresh as you will get at a buffet style lunch. The salad bar only had shredded lettuce, but there were many other items to put in the salad.It was busy so it made me think it probably had a good reputation locally, or people wouldnt eat there. We had 4 children with us who wanted to play games but there were many adults with no children who were just there for the food. I would definitely go back for lunch.

They had a great selection of pizza. The place had the game area open. Tables were spread out, nice open layout. Will be going back.

Mr. Gattis is awesome! The salad bar is seriously like one of the best kept secrets in Etown. The pizza is delicious and my favorite is the desert pizza. Love it!

Very disappointed when we visited last. So many games out of order, or just shut down. I understand the social distancing thing, but none of it made sense, and there was NO social distancing anyways! Come in, theyre children!!

This a fantastic family oriented place. Constantly busy, means the buffet is cycled through regularly. Price point is reasonable, and kiddos seem to love it. Salad bar and drink included with the price of admission. Simple and effective. I recommend the Cheeseburger pizza.

They will make any pizza you want. Gives the kids a place to burn off some energy. The oy thing is that I was meeting some family members there. I wasnt going to eat because of plans later but wanted to buy a drink. I was told I couldnt come in unless I made a food purchase. I had to pay $9 just to have a drink and visit family. I think they need to change that

Kind of makes me question my career path... 🤑

During Covid theyre doing cafeteria style where they serve you in the line.The game room is also still open so you can let the kids play somewhere besides home.

We love Mr. Gattis because they not only have great food, LOVE the salad bar, but they offer a spacious family friendly atmosphere and the staff are all kind and helpful. We go to Gattis often in large groups for birthday or other events and never have an issue with anything. We also love how they offer private party rooms for $10, weve used them a ton!!! The game room is definitely a huge perk too of course!!!! 🙂

Food is decent. But game room is nothing like it used to be. Almost everything is electrical and on screens. You have to put money on a card that they charge you for as well as charge you tax on the money you put on the card. So if you just have ten dollars you better have their 6% with it. Just kind of ridiculous anymore.

Very good pizza and fresh salad bar....lived in Lebanon Junction 7 yrs ago and ate here frequently with my kids......stopped there on our way home back to northern indiana from Nashville ....and the food was as great as it was 7 yrs ago.....will stop again next rime im passing through....BEST SMORES PIZZA YOU WILL EVER EAT......

Always friendly and fresh pizza.

My children always have a blast when we go here, although even going on a weekday, they typically stay crowded. If you request a pizza, you have to basically hover over the bar to ensure its still there when you get to it. A few of their game machines could use some attention, as they have been around since I was a kid. Overall a nice place to bring the kiddos and get out of the house. (Side note: if you are into cheeseburger pizza, I highly recommend making this request, as it is phenomenal, and typically not touched by others, so it lasts!)

Gzttis great and one in the bestBut not my favorite pizzs but when it goes higher i watch the price because its a lone way back to the station and from the end of the line..if you go in tne everning its fun and can be toleratef if you can sit for a long time.
