HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.No one welcomed us, as we entered the store. We stood at the counter, and had to ask for assistance, and was told, we would be assisted with shortly (no one assisted).Also, while waiting, an employee completely looked over us, and welcomed other customers.Totally unacceptable!!! We will not patron this establishment anymore!!!

Staff was busy but stopped to help. They were extra nice to a customers child who definitely needed a bit more supervision. It matters when people are nice. They are nice.

Nice people but I do not appreciate the fact that neither employee was wearing a face mask. Especially when one of them leaned very close to my face to take a closer look at the card swiper while giving a huge sigh of breath. I dont know whether shed been vaccinated and I dont like having my health put at risk. Funny enough I went to this place to avoid exposure in greater populated Louisville, and to support a small, local business. Guess I made a mistake.

At first I was not impressed. I wish they had better birthday selections. The store looked disorganized and a bit messy. However, when I needed help the ladies were very helpful. I was very impressed by their customer service. We will be back for when my next daughter needs some balloons for her birthday.

Friendly staff. Prices are slightly un reasonable but not too bad. Just was out of a lot of specialty decor we were Interested in. But they were kind and helped me with some other decor for a birthday party.

Inventory has gone down over the years to where you cant find anything useable. Ordered a mask from them, waited 2 months for it to come in and then found out it was triple the price of anywhere else.

Explained in great detail all of the options to us. Fast service ... Even though we had a visit last minute. Very fast service. And the prices were great!!! Me and my family will continue to use this place for all of our party events and needs !!!

Wow I rented 20 chairs for 20 bucks. What a deal

Went to them to have balloons blown up I was short 2 balloons when I went to pick them up when I ask about the balloons because they were different very unique balloons that I ordered online I was told the ballon was defective and it bust then I ask for a refund for the charge of inflating a ballon that I didnt have I was told I couldnt get a refund because they couldnt get the helium back I couldnt believe she was serious so therefore I will no longer do business with this company

Been going to her for over 10years. The Owner has gone out of her way to order everything I have ever wanted or needed from other vendors and she has never charged me extra. If you cant find what your looking for just ask and they will get it for you.

Went here for a last minute Halloween costume. They had a decent variety, though very crowded as you can see the adjusted the rest of the store for Halloween. They had a wide of range of party items and costumes. If you are looking for party set items, this is a decent place to get them. Place is a little run down as it is in an old strip mall, but they had what I needed.

This place is REMARKABLE!! They have absolutely EVERYTHING you could ever dream up! The associates are super helpful and very friendly every time we go in. Its a great place!!

I needed some custom rental signs for a few vacant properties. I paid only a fraction of the cost for fantastic custom designed and printed for rent signs. They not only have costumes, wedding rentals, party supplies, but, also large format printing. Thanks Party Plus!

These ladies here are fantastic. My son is an advid mask collector and this is is go to place. Not only because they have the cool masks that he loves ( horror ) but because the owner and the employees know him by his name and they always make us feel welcome. They will go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of. I see on the other reviews that their are complaints about the hours. Im glad the owner gives her employees the hours she does, being with family is important too and she IS open 6 days a week.

These folks are they are best, they treat everyone like they have known them forever. They even will special order items if they do not have them or are out of anything.We have been a only a few times, and they even now call us by our names.

I wouldnt use them again for anything. We reserved table and chairs. Was given a price, when we got there to make our deposit they changed the price. Said they didnt know we wanted chairs. So then when we went to pick them up, they changed the price again. Said the employee screwed up. My son picked them up and didnt have the contract showing exactly what needed to be paid and because he needed the tables and chairs he didnt say anything. So when you use them if you do, make sure you have your contract with you or they will screw you out of more money.

They are awesome. Very helpful and they had exactly what I needed.

They dont exactly have a good stock and the employees have a tendency to be rude.

Very unkept and lack luster. Expected Party City quality and was very let down. They did have a large selection of Halloween outfits, so that was a plus but other than that, just go to Walmart.
