We rented the big inflatable, water slide for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday. It was awesome! The slide was great and the owners, delivery and pick up staff did a great job. Everyone was very responsive and nice! I highly recommend them to do business with!

The bounce house was okay, but the customer service was not great. We rented a snow cone machine and bounce house months in advance and then never heard anything about our reservation. I called the day before the party to make sure everything was good to go and was told the snow cone machine broke earlier that week, but no one called to tell me sooner.

We have used Astrojump for all 4 of my kids for about 2 years now. Cody and Julie are so kind,quick to reply and help, and their equipment makes all of their parties unforgettable!! Best in the area at what they do recommend to any and everyone !

I love this. My first time renting one but not my last. Price is great service is outstanding the guys had it up and ready to go in twenty minutes or less. The ask you where you want it if you wanna move it I mean they were really great. Seriously. And on time.💯💯💯🤟

I ordered a package deal for my daughters dual party. Even tho we could not invite many people, I wanted to give my girls some sense of normalcy during 2020. I spoke to the guy about 2 inflatables and a cotton candy machine. And he was to add in the connect 4 yard game for free. When I asked about the 20% off for 1st responders. He said my total went from 375 to 325. But 20% would have made it 300. To add to this I had to get the cotton candy machine from Party Plus (super cheap) because they did not have one avail. Come the party day he showed up 30 mins prior to start time and then said he could not do what we requested. We did come to a solution with two other inflatables. He told my husband he would take the price down to $275 because of that. Then we realized halfway through the evening that the Connect four yard game was never dropped off. By the time the company came to pick up the inflatables the next morning I was unable to discuss this. I get my daughters a birthday inflatable every year as well as inflatables throughout the year I have zero intention of calling astrojump for our next party. I feel that I should be entitled to some discount since none of this was right on my daughters party. I do not expect or want things for free but none of this was what we I had previously agreed on.Edited to add, I did not disagree that after much hassle you finally helped come up with some kind of solution. My issue is I was over charged, initially (not getting cotton candy machine OR the Yard Game you were offering to include. You did not calculate 20% off of the initial 375., You stated 325 that day and did not mention taxes for fees. Or the fact that you only took cash. So we I went to the atm to get YOUR cash you waited, yes. I also added a tip for your time waiting. (Please include that information) When all the issues arose and we settled for less than what we wanted. You only took my total down to from 325 (plus tax ) to 275 ($55 to 64.00.) AND then you all forgot to setup and leave the Yard Game. (20 % of 375 is 75.00). I, personally, had to call the MORNING of the party about 10am to ensure they would show up. I was told they would arrive in the morning yet arrived with 20 mins to solve any issues and set up. No matter how defensive you are, you can not make your company right in this situation. I dont even want a thing from AstroJump. But EVERYONE, especially in Elizabethtown, will know to avoid calling you all. Not when your childrens party is counting on what they say they will deliver. (Even if the land makes certain inflatables unavailable, there was minimal effort to make this right)#dontwasteyourtime

I had a great experience with Astro Jump. Not only was it delivered on time, but the kids had a wonderful time as well. Cody Spears was very professional and made the rental process easy and fast for me. I would most definitely recommend for any mom looking for something fun for the kids and easy for you.

Edit Update: Ive calld Cody with Astro many times and each time going straight to voice mail.I got intouch with the company a week before my son Birthday to rent a Water Slide. Saturday morning comes along I called the company asking what time they thought they would be here and they said 130, 2pm at the lastest. 230 comes along I call the company nothing, called a few more times and left a voice mail. No call back or anything. Very unprofessional to not show up for a birthday party when people was Relying on your business to entertain all the kiddos. Atleast you could call somebody to inform them you will not be making it. That would atleast give the parents time to try and get some different type of entertainment for kids.Ive tried calling many times after, just wondering why they didnt show or call but they havent called back.

We rented for the weekend and had a wonderful experience! All the rentals were of good quality and my kids had a blast. The owner Cody was professional, polite, and punctual. Would absolutely use this service again.

Did a 2 day rental! Horrible communication! 4 hours late to deliver and 4 hours early to pick up. My kids were heading out to jump their final hours and they pull up to pick up again 4 hours early! To the moon renals were late as well but made it right by letting is keep longer. So there is a a recommended renal 0pace instead pd astro!

Kids at work loved it SO much! They begged us to get them again! great for end of summer parties :))

I rented a huge waterslide for my sisters kids birthday party. They loved it! The waterslide was delivered and picked up on time and the employees are very professional.

GREAT. We had it for 3 days. An only payed for 1. They dropped it off at 7pm friday an picked up at 2pm sunday. KIDS HAD THE TIME OF THEIR LIVES

Please DON’T NOT RENT FROM This inflatable service!!!!!! Service was super horrible. The inflatable leaked the whole time. We call Cody & let him know several times about the issues we were having !!! & he didn’t do anything about it. So, he called us back today act like he was so concerned about our issues we had today then yesterday!! & until, we told him how we felt about his whole service & everything.. then Cody was blaming his mess ups on us & cussing us out just because we said we was disappointed!!! He Literally called my stepson FAT!!! & that fat people aren’t allowed on stuff like that. That my stepson was 200 pounds which he’s only 145 pounds!!!. Just to warn everybody he doesn’t like fat people!!! But, Cody Didn’t wanna at least fix the issue or give us a little money back from not being able to use it at all!! & he literally fussed us out!! Overall, it was so disappointing especially my sons 2nd birthday party!!!

It was terrible they also call kids fat and say fat kids cant play and they have the worst attitude. The guy Cody will fuss you out which is uncalled for not worth the money.

The owner cody is very nice my kids had a great tym also, would recomend this service expecially if you wanna have fun. My kids talked about it every day for weeks after
