Zero customer service. Pick up/ drop off in the rain without contacting the owner. No text, phone call, nothing! Then to add on $75/hr charges for stuff I didn’t ask for. Never again.

A great shop if youre looking for Gravely or Toro products. Theyve a decent selection of commercial and residential zero turn mowers on hand with fair prices.

They picked mower up for annual service and we were billed over $450! They didnt call AHEAD of time to ASK if we wanted a rebuilt carburetor but just did it! Then not even 1.5 months later there was another issue and they tried to charge us for that and it was negligence on their part that they finally owned up to. This year we used someone else and the bill was $106 and cleaned the mower and made it look brand new. They called TWICE to let us know about certain issues and what the cost would be to see if we wanted it done and why they suggested it. Thats what youre supposed to do! Not take it upon yourself to re-build a carburetor that we didnt agree to. We didnt even get the chance to get a 2nd opinion or even just say yes. Who does that??? When you take your car in for an oil change they dont do any EXTRA without the customers consent and Im still not confident anything was even wrong with the carburetor. I see this is a practice of theirs as Ive seen another complaint about this exact issue. ADDED INFO AFTER THEIR RESPONSE:Yes, this occurred last year as a first time home owner and first time needing this type of service we didnt have a comparison. After the GREAT experience we had with who we chose this time compelled me to write this review. It doesnt matter WHEN it happened, it happened. And no we arent under Dee Anthony in your system as this is my private email. Aso, we did try to resolve this and nothing was done and were very rude and accusatory. If you cant recall charging for a re-built carburetor without asking first, then maybe this is an act that occurs often. Again, your positive reviews will outweigh this one but I still felt it was right to at least let customers know the negative experience we had and your service towards new customers.

Took my Zoom 20/50 zero turn in for a hydraulic leak at 9 am and it was repaired and returned to me by noon. Dont waste your time going anywhere else for your lawn mower service or repair. Great service and super friendly staff. Thank you for making my day.

I used England repair for years (was located right next to this shop). I was worried when I learned Don retired since he was an honest technician. But after using Wise Power Equipment to repair my John Deer zero turn I know these guys are honest. My John Deer was out of commission and these guys got it running better than it did when first purchased. Price was extremely fair and incredibly fast. I brought my lawn mower for repair. Picked it up and oil was pouring out of the engine. I would not recommend them!!
