Got my bike from these guys, was happy with the price. Needed a chain a little while ago, the guys went through hell and high water to get me exactly what I needed for a good price. I wont buy anywhere else anymore.

We had been looking every where for a Mule Pro-MX UTV, found it at Adventure Powersports. Friendly and helpful we asked a lot of questions and they answered them. The service area people are very nice and helpful also glad we stopped to look. We cant say enough good things about them.

I was offered an excellent price for my trade in from the start without haggling or feeling berated. The staff were all very nice and professional and knowledgeable about their products. I was also in and out very quickly, in probably 30 minutes from foot in the door my paperwork was done and i was on my new ride. Love my klx, thanks!

Always had my previous motorcycle serviced there and had a great experience. Jerry in the service department was always very knowledgeable and respectful. So naturally I went there to buy my new 2021 vulcan s. Will continue to use Adventure Powersports as long as I continue to ride.

Adventure Powersports! WHAT A JOKE!!! They had my 07 900 custom for 2 months to change an oil gasket and to put 2 new tires on. Jerry was the one doing the work and giving me the run around every time I would call because they will never call you with any update. After the first month I went and picked my bike up for 2 days and had to bring it right back because they gave it back to me 1000 times worse than it was when I dropped it off I mean it was pouring oil like there wasnt even a gasket on it. So not only did I risk my life riding it home with that kind of leak I risked locking my motor up from it not having any oil because by the time I got home about 30 miles away it was bone dry. I ended up talking to Phil who is the owner and he was absolutely no help at all very unprofessional and gave every excuse in the book as to why it was taking so long and why the returned my bike to me in worse shape than it was before. Long story short I ended picking my bike up 2 months after I originally dropped it off, they had to re do the same job and my bike was still leaking the next day after I picked it up. I paid $611.04 total for the job after I picked the bike up the first time and wasnt reimbursed anything. Sad excuse of a motorcycle shop.

Please call location prior to showing up. On hand inventory stated on their website is not what is on hand. “We put it on there to show what we can offer” wasted a 2 hour trip. Shame on us.

Genuinely a great experience buying my 2021 ninja 400. I never really bought a bike before this, but they gave me a very great, no-bs deal. Jerry has been great and very helpful. I also have to give a shoutout to Phil for being great to deal with in person and on the phone.

I drove an hour and 15 minutes and found my best purchasing experience with Adventure Powersports. They were the only dealer that offered top-dollar for my trade and they worked hard at getting my Kawasaki Mule in stock in a timely manner. The pandemic has made it hard for everyone to do business and other dealerships didn’t make me feel like a valued customer like Adventure did. They even spent a great deal of time making sure my unit was extremely secure for the ride home. Phillip, Ken Jerry, Dave and the gang are awesome people. This is where I’ll always shop for UTV’s and accessories. Thanks Adventure!

Great place to get your powersports new, used, repaired, etc. Knowledgeable group.Update 5.17.19. Have to give recognition to Billy for getting Vance and Hines to make my pipes and taking time to show pros and cons to stuff I want to modify. Also Jerry is usually the mechanic pro that does the work. Always looking to get it just right. Neither of these guys will try to upsale you. If what you think you want may cause issues, they will give you info on alternatives so you can make informed decisions - Even though the alternative may reduce their margin. Go there!

These guys are pretty chill, and are very knowledgeable. Im a first time rider and before i even left they went over everything on the bike. Really great experience and they made it quick and easy!

These guys are great. No over-salesmanship and very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Phillip is genuine and great to do business with. The rest of the folks here are also friendly, patient, and I would highly recommend for new riders. Phillip was the one I dealt with and set me up with the appropriate bike - twice.

Service was great! Billy got me a great deal on a tire so came back them to mount it. Couldnt have been happier got right in and out. Again great service will bring my bike here again!

Our motorcycle group starting meeting there this year we had an issue with my girlfriends bike and thought maybe they might be able to help with a battery issue she had with her bike I did let me borrow a screwdriver and a piece of sandpaper so I can clean off the cable ends then I asked about maybe checking the charging system with a voltmeter and the guy said you know he wouldnt want it out and I kind of understand that the one I walked out he told some other customers there that he wouldnt have loaned it out to me because he was afraid I would steal it and I looked like I might be a thief I own my own auto repair shop and Ive never minded as long as somebodys right in front of me letting them borrow a tool but the one guy I believe his name was Jerry was rude as hell so I assume were still going to be starting out there on our rides every month and I guarantee Ill never walk into place again and I damn sure wouldnt ever go to buy anyting

Very nice people they help me out am from Louisville had a flat tire they got me a new tire an put in on in 45 minutes fun for all wouldnt do anything for me thanks you guys help a lot I would definitely recommend them

Adventure Powersports is a trustworthy family run business. The sales staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. They do not try to pressure you into buying something that you do not need--they are interested in finding you the best product for your needs at the lowest price. We have purchased multiple dirtbikes, motocross riding gear, and a huge amount of parts from this business. We have NEVER been dissatisfied. The prices are competitive and the customer service was outstanding. We have dealt with many dealerships while racing motocross and this dealership definitely tops the list!

Adventure Powersports has an excellent service department. Dick Sheppard is one of the top notch mechanics in the area and always goes above and beyond when I bring my 2001 Ducati 900SS in for service. Their prices are very competitive and you will be hard pressed to find another service department that can perform this level of service for the price.I would recommend them to anyone if your bike needs service.

I am a do it yourself kind of person when it comes to my sport bike and can tackle most issues. I ran into a issue that was above my experience and swallowed my pride and took my bike to Adventure. I was trying to get the problem resolved before the weekend so my bike would be ready for a event I had marked on the calendar for months. Dick Sheppard, had my bike tore down, replaced the defective part and had my bike running smoother then before in absolutely no time! I could not be any more pleased with the quick turn around, amazing customer service and the incredible quality of work. Adventure Powersports has all my future business. Five stars and two thumbs up.

Went in this morning for a break in service on a 2016 Kawasaki Mule Pro mechanic Jerry was very helpful did a very good job and took a short time to do it very pleased with service.

The technician were very intuitive and helpful, making my experience very pleasant.

They were very friendly and have GREAT customer service.

Pricey on some things but the salesman are nice and the equipment is top notch.

I went to service dept. They had me in and out in a 30 minutes. Great place.

Had my appointment scheduled a month in advanced for servicing my bike. When my appointment finally came it was took them over a month to finish it. So I didnt have my bike for over a month. Never going here again.

Traded in my Suzuki c50 and some $$$ for a Yamaha V-star 1300 Touring. Pretty pleased with the deal so far. Philip Veirs was the fellow I dealt with and he seems like a straight shooter.UPDATE: Returned today (9 months later) for set of tires and new grips. $500 install included for a set of Michelin tires and $135 for Kuryakyn ISO Grips with half hour labor was a little steep but I guess when they told me 10 minutes they underestimated a bit. Live 40 mins away but come here because they take walk-ins on Saturday and I ride my bike everyday so cant afford to be without a vehicle.Mechanics seem very knowledgeable as well as the parts people. Bottom line is Veirs sold me a good bike and thats why Im a returning customer.

Absolutely the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with since I started riding Motorcycles and ATVs. They will promise and give you the world until you ride out the door. The after sales support is truelly the definition of STEALership. Paperwork is not handle promptly and the run arounds are tiring. If you cancel your extended service contract, plan on 60+ days to get settled. They will NOT send the paperwork promtly and they will not follow up on it, I called the company direct (Zurich) and handled everything myself.WORST WORST WORST dealership ever! Manufacturers should pull franchise NOW!
