Tried to rent tools from here twice. Both times i had them reserved with contact info. Went to pick up tool and was told its broke. No phone call to let me know it was unavailable that day. Very aggravating to have everything ready to start and setting aside a specific time for a project. Happened both times i reserved tools. Very poor customer service.

Reserved several pieces of equipment and the quote was substantially lower than price when I got there...my rental was over $100 higher when I picked up, I had to call 3 times to even get someone on the phone to reserve the equipment, quit being cheap and hire some help in the rental office.

Website does not even show the hours of operation. What kind of rental shop is not open at least one day during a weekend for non-contractors.
