I was incredibly impressed with Kidada. She was more than knowledgeable about the merchandise and services provided. I felt immediately that I was fortunate to have her assisting me. This is my first experience with Xfinity and I left the store with service suited to my needs and without a question unanswered. Thank you!

Called them and said we needed to push back our pay date for our bill because we had something personal to happen but they charged us anyways and two days later charged us twice. We had just switched back to them. Wish I could find a service that will actually work with us.

We havent decided to change over to Xfinity Mobile yet but wow, great customer service. Got immediate service and really like their plans.

Horrible service. Slow internet speeds. Rude customer service. You don’t get what you pay for, always slow video streaming. Do not buy this service if you want to use your money towards a good internet provider.

My wife and I went to xfinity store to look into purchasing new phones. We were not provided service because we did not have masks on.We do not wear masks and feel this is discriminatory. We left the store. Their loss.This is a form of discrimination and should be outlawed...

Some of the best prices in town, especially if you provide your own modem and choose to go paperless and use autopay (just make sure you mark your calendar for when your plan runs out)One of the associates Tommy was very professional and helpful. Honestly made the experience much better. She deserves a raise imo

No cable for 4 days. I have talked with four different service people over the phone, reset the cable box six times. Can never get a technician to respond in person even though we qualify as Covid rules for in person includes no picture. We have nothing except a screen that says one moment please this channel should be available shortly. Well shortly has been four days and six resets guided through their customer service phone line. Keep getting text messages with different call back numbers and just repeat the same process. Worthless.

Upgrade to gig speed, why not?? Do not go and pick up your own modem if you want a seamless transition in service. I picked up a new modem while my kids were in school (online!) and immediately after leaving the store my internet service was cut off. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Comcast to get my service back up for the kids to get back to school. They say you have 30 days to return the equipment. You only have 30 seconds to hook up your new service.

Lauren at the etown Xfinity store is so professional. I had difficulties operating the payment machine and she helped me. I have always had excellent service from Lauren. She should be a training mgr. She knows how to treat and take care of people so well. I left with a smile and very happy Mrs . Smith

Called on 3/23 to make a payment arrangement.for 3/30. was told by a rep that i had til 4/15 to pay because they were not turning anyone off. cable is off today spoke with 3 customer service reps today that are useless robots. one said they would have my march 23rd call reviewed and would call back. never happened. 2nd rep said she will reconnect and took arrangement for 4/7. called back to confirm . that never happened. lied to 3 times and they refuse to escalate the call to management. i never made arrangement for 4/15. THEY DID. and refuse to honor it.

Service isnt bad, everyones been helpful, each time I been. Tammy was and is very helpful. Wait time can be long, but they have nice TV screen with cool shows to watch. I prefer to go into the store the call.

Like the new store but DONT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS! Go straight up Dixie and turn in like youre going to Liguor Barn or Olive Garden. You cant miss it. Definitely not the old Comcast building! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ill be DUMPING DISH and Windstream NEXT WEEK!!!!

Internet drops every 15 minutes for about 2 minutes. makes playing online video games impossible. single most important reason Im selling my house to escape xfinity. Theyve come out at least a dozen times, nobody knows whats wrong.100 dollar bill for 250gigabyte download when one neighborhood over brandenburg telecom has 1 gig speed for probably 60-70 bucks. Awful service
