We recently needed to upgrade one of the phones on our plan in preparation for extended international travel. Greg went ABOVE AND BEYOND in service! Despite our anxious energy to complete the upgrade process and navigate some tricky travel issues within a short time period, Gregs calm and kind demeanor as well as his knowledge and competence helped us get everything sorted out. He was so patient and attentive as we worked with Verizons international technical service on the phone while in the store -- he wanted to ensure everything was taken care of properly before we left the store and before my daughter left the country. He is deserving of more than 5 stars, and I will definitely seek him out next time we need assistance from Verizon! Thank you, Greg!

A thumbs up to Verizon for a screen protector that prevented damage to my new S21 phone. Also, the customer service person did a great job in showing me how to apply for my military discount, and also to verify that the proper discount was applied to my account. He did an excellent job and left me feeling that everything was as it should be ok n my account. This is how service is supposed to go with a new phone. Thanks Verizon!

Visited this store to upgrade my College students phone. The salesperson told us of a half off promo if we upgrade to the Galaxy S20 FE, even showing us a chart with the discount. My next bill came in with the phone at full price.. I called the store and was assured the discount would be credited on the following bill. Following bill came and still no credit. Called Verizon and was told no such promo was running at the time of the upgrade and the best they can do is take $300 off the phone. I was totally mislead into a sale price that wasnt even available. I have learned my lesson to never visit this store again and will from now on go directly to a Corporate Verizon store.

Almost 7 months later and we still got our phone bill wrong thanks to this location, they lie to us about buy one get one , they told us we would get $1000 credit and we haven’t , we are paying full price for the devices, we headed back to this location and we got told this day that credit is only for $800 , the seller rep admitted that he made a mistake and they would call back with information ,we’ll that never happened, then we noticed that we only getting half of the credit for another line that should have been a BOGO , so now I’m getting 1/2 off 1 BOGO and nothing off the second BOGO. We called Verizon directly and they said they can’t help because we got the phones of a 3rd party retailer. Many emails later with this TCC so call manager and we still have our phone bill wrong , no one seams to care to fix this , TCC and Verizon continue to point fingers at each other . We have on email this “Manager” stating that we are correct and the BOGO credits are not applied to the bills . He says that he is also frustrated with this and is on Verizon’s hand to apply the credit .DO YOURSELF A FAVORGO PURCHASE YOUR PHONE SOMEWHERE ELSEBUY VERIZON DIRECT IF YOU WANT VERIZON .

Purchased a new phone with Tyler. He was great at explaining the phones and their differences and also very patient while my old phone was taking forever to transfer. Came in to Etown verizon the morning to get the bf a new phone since his wasnt working right. Ethan greeted us and helped us quite a bit. He informed us of other plans and options but was not trying to push us into something. Our experience at the TCC store in Elizabethtown was awesome. I made a mess trying to make changes to our account online so we took it to Ethan, who had helped us before. He had a maze of issues to work through, but always stayed positive, and did everything he could to be sure we got what we wanted. And he made it happen! All of the guys in the store were great. They all made a frustrating situation less stressful.
