After trying Comcast, Windstream, and other internet companies over the years Ive found Brandenburg Telecoms internet service to be faster, more reliable, and the value for money even better. Additionally when Ive had to call or go into one of their offices the customer service is always outstanding. In an area where your high speed internet options can be somewhat limited Brandenburg Telecom is a great choice!

Local customer service from Elizabethtown, Ky is terrible.

Brandenburg telecom installed new fiber optic cables in our neighborhood. They tore up a large section of our yard and they never came back to fix it. We don’t even use their services. I have called them twice and they said they would fix it but that was almost 3 months ago.

I would like to thank Brandenburg Telecom for the EXCELLENT service today! Upon arriving home, I noticed that my dog chewed the cable line outside 😕 45 minutes to closing and 10 minutes after my call the service technicians were at my home! EXCELLENT JOB guys and THANK YOU for working over to restore my service! Now thats SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!

Superior product, price and especially customer service than all other competitiors available in the area. Blows Windstream and especially Comcast to dust.

Terrible cable service and keeps getting worst. They constantly play the same shows and movies month to month. Losing your home cable service also seems to be a routine event now too. I have family that has Direct TV in Brandenburg and their channel lineup and show selection is far superior than what Im getting with Brandenburg Telecoms cable service. Dont waste your money and get caught up in a lengthy contract with these people.

We have had Brandenburg Cable for years and years. We got BC after being dissatisfied with another local cable company.We are getting ready to move out of state and have found that in that area the two cable companies have horrible reviews in regard to every aspect of the service. And we found out first hand as we were trying to get cable hooked up.That made me think about how satisfied we have been with Brandenburg Cable. I guess most of us fail to give a good review.The TV service has been consistently good. The servicemen have come out in a timely manner every time I have had an issue, even very small issues. The servicemen are here when they say they will be here. And I have not needed them very often. I have no trouble reaching the office via phone at their location - not in a foreign country!I think paying for cable anywhere is too much to pay to watch TV. But we have not had unreasonable increases in the bill; it did not go up drastically after a certain timeframe- like so many national companies do.I have been very satisfied with their service and if we ever relocate back to this area I would use them for both internet and Cable.I already had my cable provider when I got BC which is why we didnt have internet with them as well.

Im not sure if Im a BB Telecom or BB Telephone customer, but these folks are crooks. They require a phone line for DSL access in some areas, but not in others... and then blame it on the fact that they have separate subsidiaries and can legally charge different rates for different offerings. Well NEWS FLASH - just because its legal doesnt mean its right. Do the right thing BBTEL - stop charging customers for phone lines that they dont want just to access the internet.

This is terrible service this is for people that dont use the internet and they are kinda scammy cause they say they have broadband but dont max speed 25meg SMH🤦 do yourself a favor and dont go here

Always went out. And way to expensive just for internet.

Internet sucks. Cuts off every 10-15 mins. Cant surf the web or play Xbox without being interrupted all the time.
