While I didnt purchase a vehicle from this dealership I went to visit to look at Ram trucks. There customer service sucks. I have had bad luck with every dept they have .. sales team never followed up with me. Service manager never called me back. And today the 2 people in parts were rude and snotty. I will never go back there even if they were the last jeep dealership in the area. An all around great experience. I was on the hunt for a Chevy Tahoe for my family. The vehicle had to fit so many requirements (budget, options, etc.). After searching for about a month, I expanded my search area beyond my hometown of Baltimore, and my lender found a Tahoe for me at Hondru. I made a phone call. Dan Kline took care of all the paper work while I was on my way to the dealership. When I got there, he had the Tahoe and the paperwork ready and waiting. The Tahoe was even better in person than in pictures. The price was great too, about $2,000-$3,000 less than any other dealership with a similar vehicle, and really no other dealership had one that nice, especially not at that price. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience. It was so smooth and simple that it almost didnt make sense. Two thumbs up to Dan and the entire Hondru team. Thanks.
