DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, ESPECIALLY OUT OF STATE- foolishly gave my credit card info over the phone and confirmed I was good to go- then booked a flight for the weekend and about 8 hours later they called and told me they sold to someone else. There is bad communication here and a lack of empathy from the GMs.This is not a dealership I would trust to do business with. Never offered to make it right either.

I was in the market for a dependable used car. The previous generation Dodge Charger (2011-2014) was one of my top choices. After looking at several that were for sale in my area, I came upon a beautiful 2014 Charger on the Big M website. After calling to verify the vehicle was still available, they volunteered to hold it for me that day until I could drive the hour and a half to see it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Nikki, a cute and friendly saleslady who answered all my questions. After test driving the vehicle, and falling head over heels in love with it, Nikki worked with her manager to allow me to place a cash deposit on it until I could return with my wife the following week to finish the transaction. The buying process was everything it should have been outside of slipping in an extra $800.00 gap insurance fee without mentioning it. That really bothered me. My wife was the one to complete the sale as it was her first time buying a car in the U.S. She is from North Africa so this was a big deal for her. But like I said I give it a 8 out of 10 for the purchase experience.The biggest downfall the dealership has and this is based on my experience is the service department. They are a new dealership so I can only imagine the kinks that they are working out to get it just right. However customer service should never suffer regardless.The techs in the service department are great guys and get the job done my only complaint is the low level of service I get when I call to book an appointment. Never would I myself share with my customers how slammed I am and that I have employees calling out simply to buffer the fact that I am busy. It would be my problem internally not the customers. Every time I call I have to hear how busy the service department is before I can make an appointment.In closing the dealership as I said is new and is working on refining there levels of service. The selection is great and Tracy at the front desk is fabulous.This is in fact a good place to buy from however if your looking for good customer service from the service department and wanting to be treated like you really matter you will have to go to Big M in Radcliffe, Susan knows how to take care of customers.Thank you for reading and all the best to you and your car buying experience.

I purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 in Dec 16; the customer service, friendly attitude, and overall care for the customer was FANTASTIC!! Rhonda made the experience super easy and walked me thru the process and took care of everything! The follow up maintenance for the warranty has been great! Susan and the team are fantastic! Even had my son come in and purchase a newer truck for himself, again Rhonda to the rescue! Definitely will come back when time to get another vehicle!!

I went in to look at a specific vehicle and it was sold before my husband and I could return that evening. They called and let me know that they had a vehicle similar that was only $1000 more than the original vehicle. They allowed me to bring the vehicle home so that my husband could drive and look it over since his work schedule is crazy. When I returned the next morning it was quickly brought to my attention that since I was a stay at home mom that they would prefer to deal with my husband. After I informed them that I was perfectly capable of discussing numbers and that my husband was on board with whatever my decision was they decided to move forwards. They ran our credit without letting us know and then proceeded to not work with me with pricing. The original vehicle had a clean car fax and this vehicle had an accident. They wanted me to pay $3000 more for a vehicle worth less than the original vehicle. The sales manager proceeded to talk down to me and tell me all the things this car had that the other didn’t...when I informed him it was the SAME exact vehicle and they had purchased it at Auction which means the supposed $170 profit they were making was complete bull, he wasn’t very happy. I wasted several hours of my time dealing with shady car salesmen. The next day I purchased the exact vehicle I wanted with less miles for $4000 cheaper. Do your home work! There is a reason Big M Has a terrible reputation among the military community. I was also extremely offended that in 2018 a woman still has an issue purchasing a vehicle on her own.
