Ive been doing my taxes at H&R Block since my first job and they always ensure that I get my maximum tax return. I love that the information is explained to me so Im always in the loop.

Had to wait for more than 45 mins inspite of having an appointment. No one was answering the phones too. What a worst place to be inspite of having to pay so much.

This is my 2nd year doing my taxes with Olabisi and she is always such a delight to work with. She is kind, tentative, and patient which makes filing my taxes very easy and carefree. I very much look forward to doing my taxes with Olabisi & H&R Block for years to come!

Services was good and miss Henderson was a great help if everyone else is as lively and as helpful as she is h&r block wull be the places to go

They have not respect at all for your time. I made an appointment three weeks in advance because I have very limited time. I got there 10 min before the appointment, and the person in front informed me that my appointment was moved to two hours later.I never received any notification about this change.Very disappointed. Not coming back.

Worse experience ever . I will never revisit this office. I walked in to get a new emerald advance card , the lady tells me to go run some errands bc she’s gonna be 40 minutes. With no explanation at all I was confused at why I I need to come back for something that’s literally takes 2-3 minutes. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
