I wanted to give this Optimum tax relief service a try. My tax preparer basically messed up my tax returns, resulting to me and my hubby owing more than 3 grand. First off Optimum cant benefit from people owing less than 4 grand. If you owe More then 10 grand they can benefit..sadly I payed optimum $295 for them to basically tell me the bill is the bill and that we could get put on a Hardship program while paying Optimum 1100 more.. They couldnt even tell us the Interest rates.. I feel they took my money for nothing.. what happens to the 3800 bill I currently owe? Why not just put the $1,100 on the $38,00 ? See what Im saying? You owe lil money you just pay.. $295 could of went to the I R.S..you live and you learn. I just hope I can save the next person from making the same mistake I did

Bad customer service. And charge you a hunk of money for a bad service . No I don’t recommend it .

Love this place! Had the IRS put a levy for a 2013 return recently. They actually went into my bank acct and put a hold on over $3000. Of course, they withdrew it almost immediately!Went to Yvan with my situation and after submitting all the required paperwork, I received my money back a month later!!!!Highly recommend OF&TS!

All of the employees working at Optimum Financial & Tax Services are professionals. They will the time accurately serve each customer. Plus, I am treated over there like family. I will give it a 5 out 5 stars.

This has been the best tax experience I had ever had.They took the time to learn about my business and helped me save as much money as possible.They setup my books so next year will not be so difficult. I can honestly say I learned a lot from them and I do recommend them to all my friends.
