Biggers Mitsubishi has been by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Buying a car is naturally a stressful process as it is, but the staff here takes care of their people. I did not once feel pressured or pushed on buying a car. Tyler, my sales guy made it very aware that he wanted to make sure I was comfortable - in all aspects. My husband and I have been trying to find a used car for our daughter for a while. Given the used car market, we’ve had no luck. Update: Keith (service manager for Elgin and Schaumburg) gave me a call and was happy to help correct this mistake. He is fixing the back hatch rust so the camera issue can hopefully be corrected. I appreciate that he stepped forward and was willing to take the hit on this. I will definitely be hanging onto this car well into the 200k marker now. Learning experience for me...always read the documents during the sale and never accept anything that is not in a legal document. Upgraded to 4 stars.Purchased a new off the showroom floor fully loaded 2015 Outlander Sport and even paid for the extended warranty full wrap around coverage Feb 2015. Six years later 145k miles and brought the car in for an ongoing intermittent camera issue. Car has some rust on the back hatch, the warranty I was told I purchased also included rust protection that was not caused by outside damage. Well they cant confidently replace the camera with the hatch is rusted...after digging through my paperwork, I found the pamphlet that finance guy wrote/circled that body and rust was covered. But looking through the actual coverage paperwork it is not included at all. Needless to say because of this blatant lie, I will not be purchasing another vehicle here or placing my order for a 80k custom diesel 2500 at the biggers next door either. I cant even fight it because the pamphlet is not a legal document.....do not buy your vehicles here. Poor sales practice. But get your vehicle serviced here. nothing but professional service workers and are straight forward with you when you ask questions. 5 star for service 1 star for sales/finance.

I called and made an appointment with Tyler on a 2022 Outlander SEL with the Touring package. He was a very nice sales guy, and knew what he was talking about. The price listen on their website, on cargurus, and other online outlets for their dealership listed at the MSRP of the vehicle. I liked it and was ready to buy. When I asked to see the numbers broken down they tried tacking on a $1,750 market adjustment cost because they were the only ones within a few hundred miles that had one. I dont care who you are you can sell a vehicle for whatever you want, but if I call, look online, and see the price listed at MSRP then after the entire process of driving from almost an hour away, look at the car, drive the car, and you tell me after you are trying to charge almost $2000 more. Then say oh yeah all we can do is knock $500 off our already false advertised markup. Will never do business with a dealership that is not straight forward and honest from the beginning. If you are selling for over MSRP... LIST IT ONLINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. I will never buy a vehicle from here, and Ive owned 34 cars in the past 6 years. Will gladly be going somewhere else and custom ordering a car FOR MSRP.

Very friendly staff, I would have rated everything a 10 except for two concerns. One of the first things I told the sales person was that adaptive cruise control was very important to me. I drove the car home to Indianapolis and discovered it does not have adaptive cruise cruise control. I was called a few days after purchase and was told I was charged incorrect sales tax and they needed more than $400 for their mistake. I was not prepared for this.

I love Mitsubishi vehicles! My first one was the 1995 Eclipse, than after that I bought a Montero Sport, and again after that another Montero that I put over 250,000+ miles on it, and now I have an Outlander. All from Biggers. The service team is excellent!

The very first time I took my vehicle here to get off my screws for my tires. Got them taken care of, until I got home and couldn’t take them off. Called in and stated they didn’t do what was to be done.So they sent someone to my house, broke his tools & then never came back. Then I was told to bring it in & have it done & paid for my brakes to get done. They told me I needed to have leaking hoses replaced. I stated I would do it at a later date. Today I call to get the work up and to get it done as well as a remote start. Quoted me 400 for the remote start when Best Buy does it for 250 materials included. & I wanted to get the work done they told me I needed for the guy to tell me today it wasn’t needed just advised and there wasn’t a leak.Stars come from my brake Job at least.

Summer 2019 - writing this review now because I just wrote a different review of another dealership and this experience came to mind.I needed new tires. I chose Biggers for the first time because they offered a rebate that made the tires $40 less expensive than other places (NTB). They installed them and when I asked about the rebate they said a form would be mailed to me. Waited 4-6 weeks. No form. Called them. Got the run around that it was out of date and couldn’t be honored anymore.Word to the wise: if it sounds too good to be true, and they won’t give you paperwork or honor it at the time of service, then likely you’ll get swindled like I did. Won’t be going back, nor would recommend them to others.

The advisor was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will recommend Biggers to anyone that needs help with their car.. My next car could be purchased from you people.

After receiving endless voicemails and notices in the mail, I gave in and called the dealer to set up an appointment to replace the airbag. I was hesitant because I had heard stories of other owners having their dashboard cracked, scuffed and torn. I assured the dealer that they could take as much time as they needed with the car to prevent this from happening, and what they described as “simple repairs” took them a whole service day. When I came to pick up my car the manager of the service team had already gone home ( understandable as I picked my car up after service hours), so I simply looked over it, noted the flaws and took pictures, then took the car home. The following Monday I received a phonecall asking if I was satisfied with the work and listed my complaints which were addressed at a later time. The service manager stated that since the car had aftermarket gauges it was not the dealers problem that the dashboard was cracked in completely different areas, because it had previously been tampered with. Below are the pictures of the mishaps the dealer will not take responsibility for relative to the “after market components” that could potentially be in the way, when they are nowhere gauges located in the center console.

I got a new 2009 Lancer back in 2009. I have loved the car for 11 years. It maintained itself really well and barely had any issues. I took it for all servives at Mitsubishi along the way. The Service people there are great. Just a couple weeks ago I found out my car was needing some repairs that I could not afford. The Sevice people, especially Mike, helped me figure out what we could do and help me get my car fixed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car that will last a long time and a service department that actually cares about you!

Giving one star due to the fact my uncle brought his car in for an oil change and then the mechanic gave him a list of things that needed to be done, one of those things were brakes and rotors. The next day my uncle asked me to take a look at his brakes, and turns out everything was fine and that he did not need brakes or rotors. Kinda sad that they tried to take advantage of an elderly person like that.

I stopped into Biggers for the first time last week to have my 2006 lancer serviced. While waiting I wanted to check out the newest models and was helped by Edwin who is amazing! He was very helpful and didnt seem pushy at all. I was so impressed by the service that I actually traded my car in and purchased a new 2016 lancer that day! The rest of the staff was very helpful as well. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience there and I will definitely be back.

Jim was extraordinarily charismatic, informative, patient (with the kids) funny and thoughtful. When I say zero pressure that is exactly what I mean. ZERO PRESSURE. During the entire process Jim was always there to inform us on the status of the purchase process, all while giving us the space we needed to keep the kids settled. My family and I couldnt be any more excited with our 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I purchased a new car for my 3 daughters to share and I must say my wife and I were very happy with the experience. Our salesman Josue was very pleasant and very helpful. The general manager Emal was also very nice and made us all feel very at home. The process which usually takes hours was very quick and hassle free. My daughters, my wife and myself are very happy with the car and look forward to many care free miles. Thanks to everyone at Biggers for making the car buying experience a pleasant one.

My car is having a priblem, sometimes cant get out of park, husband says its on the brake , I will reschedule for evaluation.

I’ll add better pictures in a few hours I can’t let anyone else lose because of Mitsubishi’s greed like I can clearly see there’s no paint on the interior of my vehicle and corporate tried to tell me it was because of the weather please save that excuse.

Jim Casey has sold me 2 cars. It was the best experience! He sold me a Mirage & I was hit in an accident & the air bags deployed...my son & I walked away without a mark, scratch, or cut....that was because of the safety of the car that I was sold. It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I got referred to this dealership by a couple of other people. I started off by sending my interest in a vehicle and i got an email right away! When i came in i was greeted instantly. I was talking to a sales guy by the name of Anthony! They had a car ready with less miles and better features than the one i had chosen initially. Took a Outlander Sport 05 out for a test drive and loved it! Came out and we talked numbers right away, they did the best they could to work with what i could pay monthly. The sales manager at the dealership was also a pleasure to work with, he re-explained all my warranties and paperwork. So pleased to say that for my first experience in financing a car, it went perfectly smooth. In just an hour i was able to ride out with my new car!
