I used CRC for years and years, always paying in advance, paid them for a year in advance in Feb 2018 by bill pay from my company bank account as i always did but they sold to VRC in May 2018 and they never gave me credit for my payment or told me anything about the sell. when I paid in May 2019 for the year again I received a bill they said I still owed for another year. Now because it was a bill payment from my bank and their is no canceled check they say they cant help me. To bad so sad im out my money. and now they want to charge me $50 to pick up the bin in my office in advance. I will never use this company again. Everyone says it not their problem and pushes me to someone else. Never Never again.

Do Not Use!! Beware!!! They will charge you for every little thing and they are rude about it. Dont even think about trying to pick up your OWN boxes they charge for that too! Want to close out your account? Think again, you will be charged a permanent removal fee and a retrieval fee. This place is a rip off to the max! you are better off renting your own storage locker. Rude is not explaining how the people treat you. If you use this service keep a good log of your payments to them to because the bookkeeping is horrible. Even if you pay your bills they will ask you to see your bank statement and a copy of the cleared check and or checks. Do Not Use!

We haven been customers with Commercial Records now Vital Records for a little over a year. We have had no problems until recently. We are a clinic and have been using their shredding services. Last invoice they decided to increase our bill without notice. When I called the office the woman who answered told me that they did not notify their customers. I asked them for an agreement or somewhere on paper that states this increase so that I have it for my records, I was told there was nothing like that. I then asked to speak to a manager to clarify this. She told me that he would call me the following day. This was over 2 weeks ago. I then decided to cancel our monthly service. I called the office again and the woman who spoke to me this time was Patricia. I asked how to cancel my service since I already emailed the email they had told me and didnt receive a response. She then set me up for the last pick up. Since they did not pick up our bin for the month of July(This month) I asked her if this would count, since she states that on the work order the pickup crew came but we were closed. We were not closed. We were very much open and VRC or Commercial records has the times when the company is out of lunch. She could not verify the time they came. I then asked her if we would be charged for a service we did not receive she said yes. She then proceeded to laugh and ask me what my problem was when I asked to speak with the manager. We are changing services and are so displeased with the lack of customer service.

I work at a small business. We had records to shred that expired. In the past we have done it all ourselves. I dont know what we were thinking. It would take weeks to shred everything because our office shredded would get too hot. Finally, we looked for a shredding office. I simply loaded my car with the items... I pulled up and they unloaded for me. It was VERY inexpensive... especially after the labor hours you would take into consideration doing it ourselves. $10 for 65 pounds. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. I would defiantly recommend this company. A++

CRC has been our to go to shredding company for over more than 6 years. They are trustworthy and very reliable. Employees are always very cordial and helpful. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
