Very affordable and the best part is the customer service! Martin, Julio, and Adrian were able to fix my shattered screen and back glass within a 2 HOUR frame. The place was nice and the staff was nice aswell, I had an issue with my phone getting cracked which they repaired very well, but anither issue came when they returned it to me, my front facing camera isnt working, at first I thought it was just on snapchat but then I checked on my instagram and even on my phone camera my front facing camera doesnt work they must have done something wrong while fixing my phone because before when my phone was cracked thefront facing camera worked fine, not the best service when repairing a phone when they create other issues around it.

My first Google review ever, so you know this had to be a big deal. Im posting this for any future ppl who pay attention to reviews so that you know what to expect when dealing with this company. Anyway, I went to ice shield because I needed to replace my Samsung s9+ front screen on my phone. I shopped around by calling all these different repair places and decided to go with this company because the person who answered the phone (Eric) sounds professional and was reassuring with their ability to replace my screen. I immediately gave my card information over the phone for the front screen for the $240 dollar transaction. I was told that I would get my phone fixed in about an hours time. They needed to order my screen so they said I could bring my phone in a day or 2 later to get fixed. I let them know I would be dropping the phone off during my lunch break so that they could take their time fixing my phone. I dropped my phone off around 12:30pm and let them know I would pick it up after work around 6pm. (Eric) reassured me that the phone would be ready by then to be picked up. I get off work, show up to the shop and find out that they had not started repairing my phone yet, and they were going to get started. I left home, and came back in an hour to find out that they still hadnt started on my phone and it was about to be closing time. They proceed to start on my phone, and I am patiently waiting for the repair to be done. It takes about 50 minutes and I get approached saying that they broke the back glass of my phone. I was told Id have to wait a couple more days for them to order the back glass and that they were going to replace it for free for me as if they were doing me the favor by fixing what they already broke. Keeping my composure, and understanding that sometimes these things happen, I keep a good attitude and let the time go by. They said they would call me when the back glass arrived, but they never did. I reached out to them on that day after receiving no call, and let them know I would be dropping the phone off after work again and be back in an hour to pick it up fixed. I leave home, come back to the shop and no joke, the exact same thing happened again. I get there and they still hadnt started on my repair, and they were barely going to start. At this point Im pretty upset about it, but what can I do right? So I take a seat and wait again for the repair. 20 minutes later, (Eric) comes out to let me know that the new replacement glass, they also broke. Stated I would have to wait some more days for them to order a new back glass to be replaced. This whole thing has been a nightmare. Its one thing for these things to happen, but its another to be super unprofessional, treat your paying customer as low priority, and tend to walk ins faster than you did the person who paid you for a service immediately upon calling.. Through all of this, no refund was offered, no discount for the major inconvenience that I had been through on multiple occasions, nothing at all. This was probably the worst experience Ive ever had with any business before. I hope some else saves themselves the trouble and avoids this place.This isnt the end of my experience with them, but any time wasted by not posting this, is another opportunity for them to do this to someone else.

Ice Shield Phone Repair and Protection serviceman were very professional. They have repaired my iPhone and iPad and both work great! They are in constant communication with me, providing me with updates of the repair. When my second iPad did not work they diagnosed the problem, they called me to give an estimate of the repair and they would give me the option if I wanted me for them to attempt to repair it. Prompt service, honest, knowledgeable, good communication skills, organized.

I got my phone fixed here about two weeks ago, yesterday my screen stopped working. I was told I had warranty. I was also told to leave my phone there for a day so they could fix which I did when I come back the next day they wanted to charge me an extra 100 dollars when they had already told me the day before they were going to do it for free. They wasted my time and energy driving all the way to this place.

I had an incredible experience at Ice Shield phone repair. I left my phone on the top of my car and drove away. The phone fell off the top of the car into the road and was run over repeatedly by cars. They replaced the screen and it works perfectly fine. IPhone7 Plus.
