I took my phone to this place a week ago to fix my screen because I had dropped it and I was unable to touch the top of the screen. Not even a week having it “repaired” the screen did the same thing and it looked like ink was fading onto the screen and then after a day the screen was completely black. Also when I was there the first time fixing it the employee John asked me a question which I felt was inappropriate and unprofessional . They don’t want to do anything to fix my phone even tho I supposedly had a warranty. I can see why they offer a discount if you give a good review on here when paying. they’re trying to make up for there poor reviews/service.

Walked in and due to no customers waiting and access to parts they fixed my phone in like 45 minutes. These guys were great and their customer service was exceptional. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in to CPR to repair my laptop and I was helped by John he was very professional explained things very thoroughly when I had no idea what anything meant and did an excellent swift job on my laptop and made great recommendations to help it run quicker awesome job... I definitely recommend this place with the great service John gave.

So I went to this place to try and have my phone fixed, but it ended up costing 300 dollars and like 7 trips back to the place because they can never get it right, if its not one thing its another. First i went to fix a smashed screen, but when they fixed it they broke the backpart so now i had to wait for them to buy the part and install it which was another 2 days, so after like 5 days i went to pick it up and thought it was good but i noticed the speaker wasnt working so I had to take another trip back even though they made sure it was good. After they fixed that i took it home, but while at home the screen completely stopped working so I had to take it back to them. I left my phone there another 2 days and the screen is still messed up, now I am going somewhere else even though they offer lifetime warranty id rather go somewhere where they actually know what theyre doing then have to come here another time. They literally have me waiting a whole month trying to fix a cracked screen while messing up other things in the process.

I ignored the bad reviews and I regret it!Initially the guy told me maybe $80 for the repair, they opened it up and there supposedly was more damage than they thought, turned out to be over $300. After 6 days I got my phone back with a screen that’s grainy and obviously not up to product standards. I bring it back and they say they’ll replace it under warranty. The second shipment of screens turns out to be bad as well, so my boyfriend picked up my phone while we wait for another shipment, not knowing that they had my case. The new shipment comes in and that morning my screen gets cracked due to the lack of case. Now they won’t fix it when their screen was bad to begin with. No refund either.

Its not often that I rate a place one star, or even bother to write reviews at all, but my experience at CPR has been so awful that I felt compelled.Two weeks ago, I dropped my phone and the screen broke. The touch screen was still functional, but the display was colored incorrectly, and parts of the screen were blocked by black bars, so I took it here to get repaired. This was on a Thursday. They told me it would be ready Saturday, because they had to order a part, and cost about $150.That Saturday I show up right before closing and am told that the part had not arrived yet. Since theyre closed on Sunday and I was busy Monday, surely it would be ready by Tuesday, right?I returned on Tuesday, again close to closing, and they told me The part just arrived, but we dont have enough time to install it before closing, well do it first thing tomorrow. So I go again on Wednesday in the afternoon on my lunch break from work, and they tell me The part just got here an hour ago so its still being worked on. Clearly, Im being lied to already.At this point Im already outraged, as my phone is very important to my work, and has several mobile authentication apps guarding log ins that I still cant access. By the time I get there Thursday, a week after I had dropped it off, being promised a two day wait, they finally give it to me and tell me We just finished fixing it, so let it sit for a bit to dry. I did just that and turned it on, and the screen looked brand new. But now the touch screen didnt work, so I couldnt use it. It literally was more functional before I gave it to them.They tell me the part they ordered is defective and they have to get another one. So I wait another full week, and today, they call me and tell me the second part doesnt work either, so they believe it to be the motherboard being broken from the drop, which is not true at all, as the touch screen worked fine when I gave it to them. They then tried to tell me I had to pay for them to buy me a new phone.They literally wasted two weeks of my time, during which I was unable to log into crucial accounts without mobile authentication, before telling me they had broken it further and trying to make me pay them even more. Oh, and of course they have a no refunds policy. Dont waste your time with this garbage joke of a phone repair store.

I dont get on sites very often to give reviews, but I very much appreciate the service I received at the CPR shop on Dyer. When my son dropped his phone and cracked the screen (Moto G5+), he took it to this shop to get repaired, and they took care of us. In this particular case, when they replaced the screen, the screen didnt respond to touch, because it turns out there was a problem with the main board on the phone. We had already paid to get it fixed, and so since they couldnt fix it, they actually replaced it with the same model phone. They were very apologetic they couldnt get the original one going, but went out of their way to make sure we were treated well. I highly recommend them!

Things are pretty crazy right now due to covid so they may not be super quick to respond but they got really good customer service 👌🏽

I came to drop off my ps4 pro spiderman edition 16 days ago I have a warranty with conns home plus where I bought it, conns reffered me to cpr...i called cpr explained my situation and the fact that I had a warranty and they stated over the phone they would gladly fix the problem at no cost that they had my claim information. so on july 27th I came to drop off my ps4 spoke with Andrew V I told him it was the power supply that it needs to be replaced and he said not a problem we will get it fixed, and he even assured me they would fix my ps4 at no cost since I had a warranty with conns. 2 weeks later they call me telling me that the battery supply is faulty, which I already knew and had told them. So it took two weeks for them to tell me what I already knew! To make it worse they tell me I have to pay 180 to get it fixed, I explained AGAIN about my warranty and at this point they just kept saying they didnt know anything about it. Thankfully the ppl at Conns are super professional and understanding and they have referred me to a more appropriate location. Long story short CPR has horrible customer service and I would not trust their word at all so, if you do take something to them and they tell you something initially make sure you get it in writing.

Was told turnaround time would be 7-10 days, got it back 2 months later. Still running slower than before.

Took my phone there over a week ago, was told they would order the part for quick ship and be done in 3-4 days but here i am waiting and the only answers u get wen you call is nope sry part still not in thank you staff seems more eager to get back to playing on his phone then helping. When asked in person about how much longer i would have to wait instead of calling for quick responce he texted and then told me to sit in my vehicle and he would come tell me. After 15 mins got tired of waiting and asked and was not given the professionalism that should be given. Go somewhere else, besides horroble service and staff, place doesnt open till 2pm and closes early, should of seen this as a sign

My Macbook Pro had liquid damage and needed a keyboard replacement. First, I took it to the source who wanted to charge me almost $800 - their base repair fee. I said no way. Then I found CPR and tried them out as a last resort. Im so glad I did. They charged me less than half of what I was quoted at the other place and my computer is back to normal. Joel offered wonderful customer service and kept me updated during the repair process. If I ever need anything else fixed, I wont think twice before going back to CPR.

A couple of weeks ago I took my printer in to CPR because it was jammed. Not only did I get courteous service, but my printer was quickly unjammed and returned to me in minutes free of charge and carried out to my car for me. I will definitely return to CPR for any of my technology needs.

Their covid hours are limited, but they are up front about the work and easy to talk to.

I went to these guys to repair my power switch. It had gotten sunken it. When I went back they said they didnt get a new part because it was unavailable. They just rigged it so that it would continue to work. A few days later i notice that my laptop starts to fall apart. They never put it back together correctly!! Missing screws and my computer innards are exposed. I decided to look at it myself. One YouTube video later I had the back off completely. The part they said was unavailable was not only broken but really easy to find on eBay. Dont go to these guysRESPONSE TO OWNER: Im 100% sure it was your establishment. I chose not to disclose my real name. That may be the reason Im not in your system. Only chumps use their real names online. If that lie in anyway diminishes my credibility thats fine, but I would contend the lies told me by your establishment are much more damning. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed. I cracked my iPhone 5s screen and thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg but total cost was under $100. The staff was courteous. Pricing was straight forward and the best part was the warranty. 1yr if the screen fails. If it breaks I only pay for the screen and service is free. I definitely will be back if any of my phones break. Highly recommended. BBB accredited business is a big plus in my book.

The folks that run this particular location are not exactly the best. I paid a good deal of extra money to have an iPad part overnighted to have it fixed right away. I had to harp on them to find out the status, only to be told that Id get a phone call back more than three times. I had to email the manager, who works out of the east side location. That man knew what customer service was all about. He called me back, apologized, promised to fix the tablet personally and have it ready the following morning. He was a man of his word. Do yourself a favor and take the drive to go to the east side location.

These guys were the first to pop up in my Google search for a computer repair place in my area. All I gotta say is that they do great work!Prices are great and they fixed my computer within a reasonable time.Overall, these guys offered a great experience. My past encounters with IT repair shops have been as pleasurable as getting a root canal with tons of jargon and vagaries that leave you with no idea what your repairs might cost. Not the case here. The staff was friendly and very transparent about the work they were going to do to my computer. I was assisted the minute I walked in, and the gentleman helping me(Eugene) was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest.I would definitely recommend this place!

It was great to have a place nearby my work to be able to buy a replacement cover but I wish you could have had the employees put it on for me with a guarantee that it be done right. The reason is that I messed up the installation with lots of air bubbles, so I have to wait until it cracks again to get a replacement and put it on right.

I had a terrible experience at CPR. I actually had to email the owner to get information about my phone after they had it for almost 2 weeks. Once that was done service improved but it shouldve never escalated to that point. I hope it never happens again with other customers.

I called several times with no answer. Finally, they answered . I asked the gentleman for a quote in regards to a cracked screen I wanted repaired. He seemed bothered by my call and did not want to assist me . He then proceeded to tell me that he cannot give me an exact amount of how much it would cost but that it would be 100$ or more probably.????? I told him the make and model of my phone and he still said the same thing and acted like I was a nuisance. What a shame. This place is near me and I really wanted to give it a try

The time it took to fix a rear facing was about 3 weeks with no follow up calls after initially telling me it could take 3-5 business days. hours on their voicemail states open m-f 10-7 but never answers the phones during those hours or returns calls after several messages left. After receiving a phone call that the phone would be ready the price on the message was about $10 less than what it actually came out to. I dont think I would ever use them again. Took way too long and very little communication.

Avoid this place at all cost. Took in a laptop for repairs and it came out in worst condition. Motherboard not seated correctly, all scratched up, diagnostics not ran, touchpad not locked into place, missing screws, and above all the repair wasnt even done correctly or verified properly.Please save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable business. It may be a little more money but trust me, its worth it to avoid places like this. Your computer and laptop will not be treated well here.

My computer was opening slow and closing slow. Opening some of my programs took forever. I had to leave my computer overnight and the next day they contacted me regarding some files. The files were cleaned up and the anti-virus run and malware was removed. Very happy. Unit is running like new.The place is hard to find and parking is limited in front, but there is parking in the rear of the bldg.

Great Service and very Professional. I was ready to toss my old iphone. the power button didnt work. the battery did not last very long the case had a crack etc. On a whim i brought it to apon tech and they worked magic. Its like having a new phone.

I really didn’t want to give any stars period but this was the only way I could leave a review. The service when I dropped my items off was good the man told me 3-5 business days which has now been a little over a month. I’ve called several times during business hours and left at least 3 voicemails with no return calls. Today I called to check the status of my repairs starting off telling the man who answered how unprofessional the service that I received thus far was. He was very argumentative and basically said I was lying about what I was told when I did get through to speak to his “technician” he then proceeded to tell me what his tech said in total disregard to what I was stating which I have documented dates and times along with several witnesses who were around me when I made each call. Now my items still aren’t fixed and he proceeds to tell me I must pay a $50 cancellation fee for each item that he and his “technician “have had for over a month. Needless to say I will be meeting with legal counsel tomorrow morning to see what my next move will be. Luckily I have several other computers I’m able to use. Please do not leave your items here they are super unprofessional and apparently not able to diagnose or fix anything.
