It was over 200 dollars to get a new screen for my iPhone 11 that had a cracked screen. When they put a new screen they dont put in a new sealer which means the water resistance is taken off. They did not notify me when my screen was initially completed, and when completed they noticed that the proximity sensor to turn off screen during a phone call was not working they took it apart again to see what was wrong. That second completion followed another failure to notify us of the completion of the service. They did successfully put on a new working screen, they did not fix that proximity sensor problem, but instead said it was due to thicker glass, and they did run tests to see if everything was functional, and the store was clean. Over all it was a satisfactory experience, I just expected better service for the price paid.

Honestly I highly recommend for anyone to go to this place and get your phone fixed! It was easy not expensive at all! The customer service is great as well along with good deals. It has been a week since I got my IPhone fixed. I certainly have had no problems at all. The battery is good it is charging correctly nothing is wrong with it. This place is amazing!

Got my Galaxy S8+ screen replaced after numerous cracks and a strobe like effect. Took just a few a hours and my phone looks waaaay better. Its only day one but a friend recommended them to me. Plus a 6 month warranty. These guys are definitely pros!

Replaced the battery on my S7 phone, quickly and the price wasnt bad.

Basically was ripped off $90, luckily I had square trade warranty, but they failed to repair my Samsung Galaxy S10. They failed to get a back glass of the phone, and they even lied to me saying that the back glass was always plastic, which isnt the case, Samsung S10s have glass on the back. What they did is they got a cheap third party plastic back and put it on the phone, wasnt even a Samsung brand, was some third party AMG or AMC that they have a contract with. Even on the receipt it says BACK GLASS REPAIR BLACK for the part. Shouldve done my research before going here, will see if Best Buy has a contract with Samsung, and see if they can do a better job. I wanted to support a local store, but man these people are lousy. The attendants were even sarcastic about it, and rude. Not recommended if you want premium parts.

I made an appointment online to have the battery of my galaxy changed out. When I arrived my phone was in pristine condition, no scratches, dents or anything of that sort. I have never dropped it. I was told that I had to leave it for one and a half hours to have it serviced. When I received it back, I cautiously checked it and saw that my phone had been dropped. There is a dent on the bottom right corner, the chrome is chipped and even worse the screen is full of scratches. Had it been 1 or 2 it wouldnt have mattered but it was a lot. I mentioned it to the girl who didnt seem to know what to do, she walked away and came back to tell me to take my phone back the next day to have the screen replaced. I honestly do not feel comfortable leaving them my phone again but if I do I will be sitting next to whomever services the device.

Way overpriced! They quoted me $69.99 (not including tax) to replace the small glass shield that goes atop of the rear facing camera on my Note 5. Said they had to order it and it would take a week for the phone to be ready. Wth? AG Cellular repair located at 8920 Gateway East charged me a total of $27.06 and had it done in 10mins! $40 dollar difference! Thats whats up!
