I needed my phone fixed quickly for a trade in (cracked front and back iPhone 8) and they were able to take my phone immediately and fixed it same day, even quicker than expected. They even gave me a loaner phone while it was being fixed so that I could continue my day without missing a beat. My daughter and I drove all the way to TrueTech from Horizon because the gentleman who was working that day Javier told me he may be able to help me. They checked my daughters phone and told me that the cost to repair the phone was probably not worth the money for the part it needed. I was very appreciative of his honesty and he even gave me a free protective glass cover f for my trouble. I had my screen replaced originally at cielo vista mall. From the start I had issues with the touch screen until it eventually stopped working. My screen was also coming off. TrueTech Cellphone repair did excellent work on fixing two iPhone screens for me. They were very professional and polite! They went out of their way to leave one of my phones in like new condition. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using their services in the future.

Amazing customer service. Each interaction makes you feel like a VIP client. They fixed my iPhone 10 max that had the front and back glass shattered as well as a battery problem for $170. My phone was ready in 1 day! Somewhere else had quoted me $300 for just the back glass. I also got my screen protector for dirt cheap because the owners wanted to make sure I felt taken care of. Oh, and they came and picked up my broken phone and offered to drop it off as well!

Took the Mrs phone in, the time and care taken was above all expectations. The part needed had to be special ordered, Javi took special care to follow up and be flexible with our schedule to complete the repair. I NEVER DO THIS BUT THESE GUYS MESSED UP MY PHONE. went in to fix my back glass and screen everything was working good just light hairline crack on the screen. after i got my phone my volume button and face id stopped working. They claimed it was already like that WHICH IT WASNT . its cheap but they wont own up to their mistakes.

I was very sceptical at first. A 5 star review.....it seemed a little fishy to be honest. I thought maybe it was just friends and family trying to help promote. But, I called any way. The guy that answered the phone made sure not to pressure me into agreeing to anything all while being very accommodating. A week later I actually had the time so I figured why not. I was tired of looking at the crack at the bottom of my Samsung Galaxy. We agreed on a time. We met. And 45 minutes later I had a phone that looked brand new, felt brand new, and works as if it is brand new. Very fair price, and I genuinely could have not asked for a better experience. After going to four cell phone repair places, I called TrueTech to see if they were able to help. None of the other shops had the needed part available, and stated I would have to wait 2-3 business days for them to get the part in. TrueTech had the part available, but it was in another location. One of the techs drove to the other location to get the needed part. My phone was fixed in an hour, and they were less expensive than any of the other cell phone repair shops had quoted me.
