They never followed up. I had my termite inspection on a Wednesday and was told that I would have my report by Saturday. I waited until the following Wednesday and inquired about the report. I was told that I’d get it right away. Then I followed up again on Thursday, then Monday, and the technician ghosted me! I called the main number to complain, I was told someone from the local branch would call me within 24 hours…nothing, I try to be understanding, but this is highly unprofessional!

Orkin was wonderful! Their employees were very kind and helpful, and they got to the house right on time! I do wish they couldve come the day I called, but I understand that theyre busy. It was about $180 for their first visit (roach infestation). Seemed a little pricey, but if there are any other pest problems theyll come back for free! Overall, I absolutely loved them.

Always liked them the guy was nice not so much professional didnt cover his shoes with covers like the last guy did, mask was off majority of the time even when mine was on the whole time, he sprayed alil to crazy (sprayed everywhere with no control over what direction the poison was going) near our (planted) vegetable area outside, didnt spray everywhere. Like I said he was nice but there was alot of room for improvement. Their poison works thou.

These guys do a pretty thorough job overall. However, it would be nice if they could be bothered to show up on time. Today, they were over 24 minutes late. Which, ya know....wouldnt be a problem if it werent for the fact that they give a two hour window.They show up either at the very end of said window, or late as hell. As if we have the time to waste during a work week, of all things. At least give a courtesy call if youre planning on being tardy. I just lost two hours of my life Ill NEVER get back!!

I had suspected termite activities in my house, inside and outside. I requested quotes from two companies, including the Orkin. Orkin inspector came in the next day. He was well prepared to do thorough inspection inside and outside. He had a flashlight, a thermo camera, and a tablet for his inspection inside and outside of the house. After over one hour, he presented his observation and recommendations with house layout with diagrams and pictures. The price was higher than the other company, but he earned my trust and confidence. His thorough inspection was enough for me to sign the contract on the spot.

When I called I mention that I had several spider problem coming mainly from top of my roof and exterior walls. It was everywhere around my home. I was charged $119.00 dollars. Jason the person who came over wanted me to pay a monthly service. I said no, after they sprinkled around my home some pallets, sprayed and placed sticky patch trap for insects. Jayson didnt fix nor explain were the main problem was coming from. So becouse they sprayed I let some time pass to see if it worked. Jayson said they were going to do a follow up. I called after the ending of the month and no response. Then I called their office several times. I finally got a call from Jayson I explained to him that I continue to have more spiders. Since he didnt take the time to target the main area where the problem was coming from I continue to have more spiders to the point that I had spiders going in my home and car. I got bitten to. He said that he would charge me another $100 to come again. I questioned what happen to my free follow up. I explained that my sons insurance for medical actually gave me a coupon for a free any pest control. He ignore what I said and didnt care much about my concern. I told him I dont think I would choose their services even if it was free after he kept wanting to charge me the free follow up he mentioned and didnt want to stop by to find the main cause to the spiders infestation. When you call their services while they put you on hold their is a recording of how they take care of the problem and find the problem and take care of it. They dont well Jayson didnt

Technician showed up 2.5 hours late. I expected a much more thorough inspection of my house but was a bit disappointed. Technician didn’t even bring their own bait and had to use food from my pantry.

100% do not recommend for termite inspection. I called and they scheduled a 2 hour time window on a Saturday. I sat and waited at a house thats being remodeled and I dont live at. Two hour window came and went. Called and was told they will text the inspector to call me with an estimated time of arrival. Another hour goes by and I call back. Was then told the service department close an hour ago and they have no way of contacting the inspector. They actually told me my only option was continue to sit and wait to see if the inspector showed up before 2 PM but they still might now show up. Give them a call if you want to waste your entire Saturday. Horrible service absolutely do not recommend.

Great company!! we have our monthly program where they come and fumigate our house (inside/outside ) since we live in the outskirts of El Paso a lot of farms are around and we had problems with small insects and spiders; but I have notice that since Orkin came 3 months ago the level of insect activity has decreased. Devin has been the one coming and taking care of our property he is very professional, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable employee. I chose Orkin for many reasons, 1. New home built Jan 2020 and from the getgo, I have had a ant issue regardless of constant cleaning and that I have tried to resolve by spraying and putting bait. It has gradually become worse as they now have moved up into the ceiling. So, no mounds were found outside but it may be that the builder, Carefree built on top of a mound leading to inside infestation which even the exterminator was scratching his brow about. I had one bite my finger and my hand became so swollen that it hurt and I was in major discomfort for a week, couldnt wear my rings. These guys are those big El Paso common harvesting ants and they are mean. The first call was simple, there are discounts for military and paying for the year in full. They had him out the next business day in the AM. He came in and inspected, ran through the paperwork and the plan to get rid of the problem. I did alot of research before going Orkin vs. Thermomix and based off customer satisfaction and the ability to tackle crazy/abnormal infestations, I chose Orkin.

When I called Orkin with my pest problem, and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The appointment was scheduled for between 2 p.m.to 4 p.m. The exterminator called me at 1 p.m., and ask if he could come earlier, which was fine with me. The exterminators examined the pests that I had collected, and immediately identified them. They were knowledgeable about these pests. They explained exactly what they were going to do. They were very thorough in spraying the inside and outside (including the rock walls, bushes, trees, etc.) of my house. Also traps, strips, and granules were placed in certain places. Both men were professional and polite. I am very pleased with this company, and will continue using their services on an ongoing bases.

Reynaldo was on time at 10 am even though there is a 2 hour grace period for them to show between 10-12. He was very helpful and gave tips on how to prevent more pests in & around my house. Not only that he was quick he was done under an hour and was very friendly towards us.

We are waiting 1 week to see if any of the ants reappear in the bathroom from behind the toilet. If they do we plan to call for an additional visit and perhaps have the toilet removed by a plumber, area treated again, then have the toilet returned to its original place. Fingers crossed.

I did not receive the service that is advertised. First the tech was late. Second I could not reach anyone locally. Third, Roaches still came back. Fourth, I received no thoroughness nor recommnedations. Fifth, I provided feedback on the website and received NO RESPONSE. Finally, I do not like having to deal with a call center for a business that has a local office. When the call center employee tried calling the store directly, no one answered, and when I called for the 3rd time because the tech was late, I was told the manager would contact me, and he did not. I had stayed up all night because I was working graves and stayed up for the tech who was HOURS late and suggested to reschedule. I was fuming! The least they could do, was provide a discount, which they did... But I was not impressed nor amused by such a reputable brand.

Ive been using Orkin for about 5 years now, Andy is the name of the guy that has done the service every single time and hes very attentive and courteous. I love the results, I have a dog and he has never gotten any fleas and my house is insects free.

Growing up, I remember seeing the commercials for the Orkin man when it came to pest control and so now years later, when I finally had a pest problem they were the first people I thought to call. The representative on the phone was very helpful in explaining how everything worked and getting me an appointment. My actual Orkin man on the day of the service was very knowledgeable when it came to telling me exactly what he was going to do to my house, how often, and what products were going to be used. So far, I am very satisfied with my Orkin experience.

It was wonderful to call in to your service on a Saturday evening, late in the evening, then to get a response the next day...which was Sunday! They are at that point in their life that they can still do a lot for themselves but not everything and need a little help. The Orkin Pest Control expert was professional and sensitive to my parents concern and even their embarrassment. Although,they have no reason to be embarrassed!
