This company was on time, knowledge and quite personable. The quality of their product has to be top tier because I’ve only had one routine application applied as haven’t seen anything make it inside my home! They come out every other month for maintenance and as it was explained to me, if I happen to see anything else they will come back to touch up. You can get the spray inside or outside. The bi-monthly application is normally outside but they will come spray inside if you’d like! Most definitely would recommend them to anyone seeking great quality and professionalism! The owner came and walked thru with the new employee to be sure that he received all the training he needed, they both did outstanding work! Thanks pest defense!!!

We have been scheduling their services every two months for a long time and have always been happy with the technicians and the work they perform. Honestly, they are the best pest control in El Paso by far! When it comes to their receptionist Ana, she is super sweet and gets you an appointment ASAP! If you happen to need a respray, it is free under their guarantee. Rudy is my technician who goes above and beyond to help solve the problem. He is professional, punctual, and always makes sure we are happy with his work before he leaves!

We have been using Pest Control for almost 4 years. Ray has been the one to come out and take care of everything! He is great! He also took care of our pigeon problem about a year ago when he noticed the problems we were having. He let us know that Pest Control can also take care of this issue. And he did. Signed up for a year service. Was suppose to get service last month but no one came out or did we get a call from them being understaffed or being unable to get someone out here. With finally recovering from C-Section, we noticed no one came out and we didn’t get a phone call. When I called about the service, they didn’t want to hold themselves accountable for the mistake on their end and tried blaming us. No apologies or anything... the gentlemen that come out to do the service are nice and caring. Wish I could say the same about the office people.

Have had a pigeon problem under my solar panels for some time now and all my theories to deal with them had an Achilles heel so to speak. Called these guys and they took care of it. Solar panel guard fence all around and other things to keep them off the roof all together. Rey and Luciano were awesome those guys put in work for sure. Highly recommend

Great company. We found cockroaches shortly after buying our house. They treated and got rid of them without harming our children or dog. We have been using them for almost 2 years for maintenance. Even with having an open lot behind our house, the most we ever have anymore is a few ants. They come back out and treat them if we have them between our normal treatments. We are very happy and will continue using them as long as we are in El Paso.

I have had horrid issues with pigeons over the last couple of years. I’ve had my roof cleaned, nests removed and chemicals added. Unfortunately these things have failed me. I finally reached out to Pest Defense Solutions and it seems they have fixed my problem. My roof is super clean now and those ratchet pigeons are gone. Thank you Rey for doing a great job. They came out to our house every two months (on the date scheduled, and we received an email reminder the day before) and were professional and did a thorough job. We found a cockroach in our house once, and I called Pest Defense and they came out the next day to respray the house and showed me how bugs can come up the sink drain. We initially used Pest Defense Solutions for our termite inspection before purchasing our home. For the past two years we have continued preventative/treatment services as there were many black widows, cockroaches, ants and crickets in the rock wall surrounding our home. After the initial treatment I have not seen anymore critters in our home or rock wall and we use preventative spraying every two months to keep it that way so my pets and kiddos are safe in the yard :)

I always get my routine pest control done by Pest Defense Solutions. Ever since I’ve been using them for scheduled pest control, we haven’t had any insect issues. If it is high insect season, like in summer, I point out where the issue is and it gets quickly dealt with. I also like that the same person comes out to our house most of the time. We have been using this company for pest control for a couple of months now. Ray and this company came highly recommended. Ray always lets us know in advance when he will be stopping. He always asks us what kind of problems we have been having if any. He even remembers previous pest problems and will ask if it resolved or if it’s still an issues. If he notices any pests he will let us know about it and will make sure to take care of it. If we do happen to have a pest problem days or weeks after he already sprayed all we have to do is call him and he will come that day or will schedule with us at our convenience even when it’s not scheduled for him to come. But never had to. He’s also very nice and professional and would recommend him and this company.

I called and told the lady I had an ant problem. After the lady saying it would be $139 with an $80 service every 2 months, I said I would look around. Lady then says $79.99 as Im a new customer. I tell her Im ok with the price but only for this one time.So the guy shows up to my house with a contract obligating me to pay $80 every 2 months after as well.

First contacted the company due to crickets and spiders on property and they were very responsive and were able to explain and schedule services right away! 24 hours later we had a tech at our home who explained everything again and was very courteous. We had a few questions about future visits and he was able to answer them and make sure we understood. Also, we were given a coupon they have online to lower our total for the visit and upcoming visits.
