They started out five star for the first couple years. However, they have reminded me of appointments with text and email these past two visits, and no one has shown up either time. The time before last I called the office stating that no one showed up, and I was told that I did not have any services scheduled for that day despite receiving 2 text message reminders and an email reminder. I asked for verification of when they should be coming for the month instead - I was told the date they would come next. They did not show up that date either despite receiving yet another reminder email and text and having confirmed it with their receptionist. I am cancelling my service and requesting a refund. We shall see if it’s granted.

They dont treat gnats and they get your debit card information trying to still charge you. Ricardo is a list there unprofessional and recommend going anywhere besides these con artist. They say they going to use something stronger. They dont even come on schedule appointments. Still get invoices on Gmail had to block those bi#$es!!!

My place of business had multiple cockroaches that were coming from the sewers. When I say multiple, I mean 10 - 12 that I would find dead and alive every Monday from the weekend. Being extremely phobic about anything with bugs, I called them right away and they provided helpful information on prevention and exterminate monthly. Mr. Omar Martinez knew what he was talking about! He covered by drains in the restroom that still allowed us to dump waste but kept those disgusting cockroaches from coming back. Keenan Wright the pest control technician, the fact he actually looked at all the plants, trees, and the ground etc looking for bugs/insects. He made sure he used pet friendly granules in the ant bait. He informed us of exactly what he was doing from spraying to ant bait. He did everything in a timely fashioned.

I would leave messagea. They wouldnt return my calls, say they would find out how to treat my pest problem and never call back. We would have an appointment for treatment, they wouldnt show up for seve=al days. They would tell me they were getting stronger posion , it was on order. The tech would tell me they were using the same product they alwayd did. They had cases and it was there all the time.

Alex was here on 7/23/2015 and did a great job. Was very clear on explanations and did a good job of spraying the property.Adrian performed the second spraying and now we have 3 for 3 people with good personalities. He also seemed to know what he was doing and sprayed everything well. He stated again if there was any reason to call he would return and make us completely satisfied.Just signed on to having Fulcrum spray and the first visit went very well. Alex was extremely friendly, all companies should be so lucky to have a person with his personal skills. My initial visit with Josh last month was great. He was professional, courteous and patiently answered all of my questions. Jay provided the service for my second visit; he was very helpful and immediately noted potential issues ,spider webs but spiders were dead from last treatment. This is our second time using Fulcrum. The first time, the technician that was sent to us was so polite, courteous, efficient and friendly that we requested that Joshua be our permanent technician. Fulcrum has been servicing my home for the past year and I couldnt say enough nice things about them! Joshua was my tech, he was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about the product and how it works. I had some concerns about pet and child safety which were put to rest. He is very knowledgeable and was in no rush at all. He did a very good job applying the product. A good company to work with. They always leave a note on the door when they have been to my house to spray. When I need them to come back to get the inside because I was at work for the scheduled spraying, then they come right out. No regrets signing up with them. We started having issues with some kind of very tiny flies on and off for the last 2 months, and finally today had a day off and called the office, they explained to me what they taught I was over the phone, and was lucky enough to get a technician in the house within 30 minutes. Mr. Jan Paul did a great job, he fumigated very thoroughly, was cheerful and quick. He took extra care on the are where we have had the problem, and I hope that the treatment will take care of the issue. Jan Paul was pleasant and professional.

Yesterday James randomly came by promoting his company and services they provide. He afforded me the opportunity to get locked in at a very reasonable rate for the quality of pesticide his technician would be utilizing on our home and landscape. It definitely grabbed my attention being a new mom and having two fur babies [lately our home has had a run in (literally) with a tarantula hiding on our fridge, ants running rampant outside, weve had centipedes 3 times in the house in random corners, springtails, water bugs... crazy bugs!!!] I honestly couldnt say no. When I called to have my appointment moved up April was really friendly and helpful. I usually hate calling people to make appointment changes but this was a very stress free phone call. I really appreciate the service and the military discount. Its great to know I can call anytime I see a bug and have them come back out to spray again. Jan Paul was very considerate and efficient.Still waiting for the last little grubs and earwigs to be found no longer wiggling. But I have seen a marked difference in the live creatures in my yard and almost none inside the house. All roaches and ants are long gone!

Im writing a review about my first service provided by Fulcrum. My technician was Jay. He was very courteous and arrived on time. We even had to reschedule because our yards were flooded because of a recent rain. Both times Jay was on time. I was a bit surprised about how quickly, Jay finished putting poison on the interior and exterior of my house and surrounding yard. I asked Jay, how he was able to finish everything in about 20-22 minutes. He explained that the poison he puts in the yard is very concentrated and it doesnt take a lot to do the job. He also explained that it should take a couple of weeks to see any major changes in the insect population around my property, he said its because the way their poison works. Im anxious to see if it all holds true. Over the last several days, I have seen a few dead insects on the exterior of my house. Our main complaint was scorpions and spiders. We had a ton! Id see at least one in the house or on the exterior every other day. I live in the Upper Valley area and seeing insects is common and expected, but Id been seeing more than I liked. My overall, first experience has been great with Fulcrum. Ill write another review in a few weeks to see what effect the poison has had on our insect and arachnid problems. As for now, I highly recommend Fulcrum Pest Control.

Ive been with Fulcrum for a while now, and Im truly impressed with their services. Ive not had any insects issue since they came and properly treated my house especially the exterior areas.Several months ago, weve had pigeon problems onto our roof, doing their dirty business in a certain areas. My husband took care of it before he deployed. Unfortunately a couple months later, there was more problems with them in other areas that my husband did not tend to (because there werent any issues to begin with) just perching along the edges of windows and doing their dirty business in other areas which also perched onto my front gate and edges of roof therefore had to do a daily cleanup on the patio. Because my husband was deployed, I was upset because I couldnt get onto the roof to take care of the problem. So, I asked Fulcrum Pest Control to see if they do any specialty on pigeons control, and to my excitement, they said that they do. They came out and inspected. They were impressed with my husbands work of art that kept the pigeons away in other areas that he took care of. Fulcrum said they will take care of it and because Ive been their longtime client, they did the exact work of art that my husband did and that made me truly happy. They are gonna come out in a few weeks to be sure there are no more issues. Could these guys not get any nicer?Ive had a few different exterminator companies in the last 20 years, and I honestly have to say Fulcrum truly tops them all. I had to change my appointment twice and April was helpful and promptly accommodated both of my requests. This morning the Fulcrum Service Tech, Adrian, came by for my third scheduled appointment. He arrived promptly, explained the service that he would be providing before he started. He asked if the ant traps he had put out during his last visit had worked and also asked if I had any problem areas that needed to be addressed. He was courteous, professional and thorough and did exactly as he had explained. Before he left he asked if I had any questions or concerns and told me that if I had any pest related issues to please call the office and they would send someone out free of charge.

Weve had Fulcrum Pest Control services for about 6 months now and have been very thoroughly satisfied. We receive quarterly services so when we recently had an ant problem outside in-between services we gave them a call and they were happy to come out at no extra cost. Unorganized, hostile work environment, most of technicians dont even spray your house correctly. All windows on bottom floor should be completely sprayed around and chemicals are watered down more than they should be... If your not home when service is provided the service will not be done even close to correct.

Service has been great! Adrian and Jacob did a great job. At first I was not sure because it sounded too good too be true but after the first visit I saw a noticeable decrease on insects in our yard which is great! Now I can let my toddler play outside!

Jay Harris has serviced my home twice, and he has been extremely professional and friendly. Fulcrum is lucky to have such a great man working for them. I havent seen anything crawling around inside or outside since I started using Fulcrum.

Our service initially started off good. However, I had requested that they come out on weekends as we are not home during the week during their hours of operation. Every 3 months I would get a reminder for a weekday service, and it was an inconvenience each time as I had to call each time to reschedule for a weekend. That was one issue. 2nd MAJOR issue was that twice during my every 3 month contract, they failed to SHOW UP! I moved my schedule around on weekends to make sure to be home for them to not even call to let me know they weren’t coming. After this last time, I called to cancel our contract, received a voicemail from the manager asking me to call back so they can make it right. I called back, and have yet to hear back. Very disappointed.

Very friendly from my initial contact with Ryan to Jan Paul who was the technician that came out. Jan Paul was very nice and he spoke Spanish which a huge plus for my mom. Happy with their services so far.

On September 25, 2015 I noticed several areas in our front/backyard that were literally infested with ants; I called Fulcrum Pest Control and spoke to April who was understanding of my ant problem and was able to send a service technican (Alex) to my house that same day. Alex was not only professional, he was very knowledgeable on the chemicals he was using and very patient in answering all my questions. Extremely impressed with the service we have received in the past and continue to receive.

We have been with Fulcrum for about 2 months now and the service has been outstanding. Ryan over the phone has been fantastic with scheduling and answering any questions I may have. JanPaul who recently applied the treatment in our home was very polite and professional. Our home has been well protected and we are looking forward to our business with Fulcrum.

Fulcrum sent over John Paul and he was very thorough and polite and addressed my pest control needs throughout the home. Fulcrum has always been very reliable with very competitive reasonable pricing. I highly recommend their services to anyone!!
