We had them install artificial turf in a small area, they showed up when they said they would. The crew did an amazing job, efficient and fast and left NO MESS! We love our new turf, it looks terrific.

Just recently had turf installed. Gaby was awesome to talk to and her foreman was very professional. The lawn turned out awesome and received a great price. I would highly recommend.

I thought that the only thing they needed to come back and do was anchor the turf down with nails, but boy, was I wrong. I called Superior Green Turf and they sent a gentleman out to do an estimate that same week. The gentleman was honest about what he saw. Absolutely everything the previous landscaper did was wrong. And coincidentally, that previous landscaper had bought the turf FROM Superior Green Turf, and they were very disappointed that someone would associate their company w/such a job badly done. Allan called me back and apologized on behalf of the previous landscaper. He said he would do everything he could to make sure I was happy before taking any payment from me, since I had already been through so much trouble before. Since they are a great company, they were booked for the whole month of July, and Allan let me know that he unfortunately wouldnt have a team to complete my yard until August 4th, which I understood. Well, to my surprise, he was able to get a team to complete my yard on July 30th. A whole week before expected. I work long hours and he understood I couldnt always answer the phone, but he was very prompt in returning text messages and keeping me informed of what his team had completed while I was at work. He kept his word and didnt take any payment from me until the job was done and I was satisfied. The gentleman that came out to fix my yard said that he had been installing artificial grass for 8 years and had NEVER seen a job done so wrong, before he fixed it. Superior Green Turf had no obligation to fix someone elses mistake and to be so helpful and nice to me, but they did it anyway and they did it because they genuinely cared. I can now step out to my backyard without becoming upset at an ugly job. I find myself wanting to spend all my time out there. Thank you Superior Green Turf! Use this company if you are looking for landscaping needs in El Paso. They are very professional, timely, trustworthy, and deliver fantastic results. You pay half up front for services to start and half upon completion of the job. I paid them, went on vacation, and came back to a beautiful yard! They make the process very easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hello my name is Gustavo Armendariz and I was going to get 3 separate estimates for my front yard regarding artificial grass. I did extensive research on several companies and the one that stood out to me the most with excellent reviews was Superior Green Tiurf. I called them for an estimate and Mrs. Gaby came over and gave me an estimate , I was impressed with her knowledge about the scope of my project. I didnt call anyone else for an estimate. Superior Green Tiurf is a company that delivers 100,% quality on all aspects of their products, from explanation of work to be done, workmanship on labor , cleanliness etc. , and most importantly backing up their product. Mr. Allen , from Superior Green Tiurf , and I took a final walk-through and he answered all my questions . After the work was done , I had some questions about maintaining the turf and Mr. Allan would always answer my calls, or he would text me back on a timely matter, that was VERY PROFESSIONAL on my behalf for keeping in touch with me . Im in the flooring/tile business and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them (Superior Green Turf) to all my customers, friends, and family. They always have a variety of types of turf and suggested the adequate turf that fit my needs, great ppl skills and overall a great experience.

I used superior green turf for my backyard. I was specifically concerned about my dogs ripping it up after installation. I was assured it wouldnt happen because they were going to put extra nails and also told they guaranteed thier work for one year. Well the first incident, the dogs ripped up a small corner and the wind blew over a large portion. They came out and made the repairs, again telling me they put extra nails in. Well, the dogs ripped up the grass again and they refused to honor thier word and fix the grass. If they were just honest with me to begin with I probably wouldnt have dropped a couple grand on the grass or I would have put heavy pavers down on the seams. Now I have a yard I spent a good chunk of change on and its destroyed. I wouldnt have recommended them just due to the wind blowing thier work over but now, I want to actively discourage anyone from using them. I almost never leave reviews unless the work is superior or just absolutely terrible. In this case, they were absolutely terrible. I hope this review prevents someone else wasting thier money on dishonest and inferior service.
