My husband surprised me with a phone and he expressed how wonderful Celeste was! He mentioned she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell she really cared about you. He’s a hard person to please so i myself was surprised to here such Wonderful things. However, once I met her myself I knew exactly what he was talking about! It was like I was talking to my sister! We chatted it up! She also walked me through customer service to active my phone, all while taking care of another family! She never failed to let us know she was there for us. She acknowledge us and the other family ever few minutes. I really appreciated that because now a days a lot representatives are only interested when you are about to purchase items. She was very proactive. She also mentioned she would’ve put my screen protector on if I had brought it hehe but definitely reminded me that i could go back any time so she could do it! I will definitely be going back for EVERYTHING that I need from her.And I cannot express enough that Celeste really ensures you are happy and taken care of. I love representatives likes her! Always have had wonderful experiences at this particular store. Had purchased the screen protector option and some stuff had gotten goofed up with the actual plan. Celeste, Karla, and their manager Lorena were completely accommodating in helping me resolve my issue. Verizon is definitely the way to go as far as cell phone carriers in the US.

Stopped in to get some resolution to this service outage and tony was outstanding an very helpful to keeping us calm and remaining with Verizon! We also updated one of our phones and he was able to help transfer all our info quickly and efficiently!! Would definitely recommend this store to all.

So the stores website and Google Maps both say this store opens at 10:00. Its now 10:10 and theres no-one here. The times on the door have all of the hours scratched off and only have the closing times. I think Verizon should look at who theyre allowing to be authorized retailers. Its not a very good business practice when people take time to come to a store because theyre supposed to be open and theyre not.

Abel, the Store Manager, was the BEST in helping out the customer with anything and ensuring 100% satisfaction. He is extremely personable and easy to talk to. I purchased a Note 7 from him, before the recall. At that time, it was sold out everywhere. I called in daily to get updates and Abel worked hard to make my goal of obtaining one come true. Once he found out there was one on the West Side, he drove in his personal car over there, picked it up and drove back down, after business hours, just to ensure I got it. Even after the recall, Abel helped me out to make sure I was taken care of. Abel truly looks after the customers interest and is a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend him if you have any phone issues, upgrade questions or are curious to who to conduct any phone transaction with.

Ashley S. had to be the most knowledgeable person in Verizon. Ive been here almost 4yrs and she explain a lot of great information that will keep me a lifetime customer for Verizon. I just hope that Killeen Texas has a REP as knowledgeable as her. Great service and Great incentives!!

There was a a employee named Celeste fixed all my problems as I had been lied to in another location about my plan and equipment down on pelicano the manager here where so nice to me and comprehensive and fixed all my issues and concerns I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Jeanette and her manager we’re absolutely amazing! We are in El Paso but we live in California. My husbands phone went completely dead. I couldn’t remember my PIN number to access the account. I first showed up to Verizon on Vista del sol, the service was horrible, my wife called n spoke to manager and he was worse then the employee. I was on fence about going to another service due to tech problems with Mexico towers, they made it easy for me to want to walk away, only cuz I went to target on Joe battle, I decided to stop in and give it one more chance. If it werent for Celeste and the service she gave, Id be with T Mobile right now. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I and decided to stick with Verizon. I truely recommend her to anyone looking for a person who loves her job and goes above and beyond for the customer. The whole store has always come through.

Answered all my questions and if there was something he did not know, he made sure he would find out and called me back to inform me.
