Customer Service amazing ! I haven’t have issues in the inn the 7 years I been with this company! Honestly my son is a gamer and he loves it too! Mom has them too and she is impressed cause with other companies we had issues all the time! They are local, Fast, and very very friendly! We love them in my family. Great quality ! Thank you guys! You rock!

Internet speed has not been what I’m paying for since I got it. I can’t even use it for my games won’t stay connected and lags out every time. The speed test they want you to use says one thing but when you try others there’s a big difference in speed. Haven’t been totally happy so far.

I recommend any services from Webatron. I have hired them for business related projects from Fiber Optics, Network Equipment and enclosure installs and Wireless technologies. i have no complaints on the services provided. i currently changed home and Webatron is my internet provider. internet has been great. we know wireless is not perfect, but when attention is required, Mike and his staff are very responsive and follow up accordingly. i recommend them and dont hesitate to contact them for quotes or services Webatron can provide.

This service was recommended for our RV, but the satellite service provided for $85 per month barely pulls 4 Mbps. Contacted the company numerous times to try to correct the issue. The company was never able to increase the speeds to the quoted amounts of 15 Mbps. Called to cancel the service and they charged me more money to cancel even though it was a breach of their contract for not provided the service stated in the contract. I do not recommend their satellite service for an RV.

Ive had a bad experience every time theres a little wind or just rains a bit the service goes out. Thats not the worst part though. See after the wind storm or the rain storm its hard to get a hold of anyone after 5:00pm. So you have to wait until the next business day to get your service up.and going again. The bad thing is that I decided to get under a contract and now stuck with a balance. All just because it dont matter how awful the service is youre still stuck.

The internet is super bad I used to have Vivint and it had issues in el Paso so they cut there services switched to webatron and the internet is super slow its just so bad espiacially for gaming it cant stay stable its so bad

Service is reliable and much more affordable than the large providers. We have had only a few minor issue and the customer service has been good. Im not very technical so the router lease was easy for me since they handle everything for me.

I cancelled after 2 months. I didnt get the speed that I paid extra for and they use very old, reused equipment. I recommend an actual company that can provide new equipment straight from the box, not people that made this place from a basement

Horrible service! Never have I had to deal with a company like this one!The representative was nothing but rude when I had questions and concerns. I had the service for 7 days and they did not want to reimburse me. Also hung up on me while I asked how to put in my 30 day cancelation. WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE THE INTERNET IN TERRIABLE!!! And so is the customer service!

Incredibly bad at pre-sales. Cynthia rarely follows up on questions and they will not let you talk to their tech guy in the field. At first I was told that they could only provide 15 mbps service to my location. Then on a second call, to confirm, they lowered it to 10 mbps. This wireless technology is a joke anyway. When traffic is high, these types of services have shared bandwidth, which ends up decreasing the speed dramatically. I have had another wireless interent company for 2 months and we purchased speeds of 30 mbps to 40 mbps. Rarely do you get the speed they say you will get, because of the traffic congestion problem. On weekends when everyone is streaming, the service all but shuts down. The only other solution if you live in a rural area out of town is DSL and the speeds are slow. At least you get a dedicated bandwidth and are not sharing it with anyone. This all is third world technology. We deserve better than this.

Very bad service, they dont deliver what they promise. I have had pretty much bad experiences since I started service with them. The internet would go down and I had to wait until Monday to receive a call and start to diagnose the problem. I fulfilled my contract with the second business I had , given them a 30 day notice by email. I had payed the whole month of April and they showed up April 29th at 8am to disconnect my service. They said they didnt work the weekend so they cut me off early. My service should have been honored until Sunday. If they dont work the weekend thats their problem. I still need to run and operate my business. They are rude on the phone when they do answer and never attempted to resolve any issues with me. I thank God that I am in a much better more reliable service now.

Customer service is very bad, speed is consistently slow, and tech support is inaccessible Additionally, they promise to call you back and do not! If you have another option I recommend you take advantage of it.UPDATE: I just called today 05/02/2017 and the owner called me back this time.

The internet works ok from 06:00 am to around 04:00 pm. After that time is like there is no service at all. I have used all my speed data on my phone and is faster than the service provided by Webatron Solutions. I do not recommend this service.

Horrible service. Internet goes out all the time. They change the direction of my dish and it worked for a short time during the day. Now its back to never working at night again. Im in class all day and have homework at night. Thankfully Im only here until the end of June. Do not get their service. Worst Internet service Ive ever had.
