They said this is our verizon, not the real verizon verizon company. Im guessing that the verizon company was wrong and gave us the wrong information and their verizon was correct. Wasted my time and didnt even look for a solution to the problem. Its like they said, thanks for trying. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I guess customer service is their last concern. Ill find a better phone company.

I had a great experience today at this Verizon location. I stopped by with a couple questions and Jesse was quick to answer them all. He told me about some of the deals that they had going on and they were too good to pass up! I felt like I left with the best possible deals and it didn’t even change my current bill but a few dollars. Thank you for having such knowledgeable employees!

Patrick stoped me and my friend in the mall. He asked who our carrier was and I said my friend has Verizon and I have Cricket. He was able to get us on a deal, I traded in my phone got a $360 credit and a $150 for crossing over. We took an X iPhone7, two apple watches, cases and screen protectors. We ended up paying $290 a piece

My fiancé and I began with T-Mobile and loved our phones but the bill was never stable! We switched to Metro and not only was our service garbage but the customer service was garbage as well. From Metro, we tried Cricket and they couldn’t be honest to save their lives!!!! We made a very dumb decision to switch to Boost and that was literally a waste of $214.00 plus the $103.00 I wasted paying a bill I didn’t have to pay! So needless to say, we’re with Verizon now and they are beyond amazing! The Customer Service with Wallie, made my fiancé and I feel cared about and valued! Our phones are hella nice, Customer Service takes my mind off of my issue and actually fixes my issue and our service is better than ever!

This place is Trash, all I had to do is pick my online order, when I arrived my order “was canceled due to a glitch” and they had to do the order all over again on their system which charged me $20 for “activation” and plus $40 for Verizon activation instead of the $20 that the original order was, Verizon shouldn’t allow 3rd Party retails on their online orders, or 3rd party retails overall

I opened an account for one line. Ismael told me the tablet is free and I traded in my iphone7 plus. He gave me a power bank, a case and a screen protector he said its all free. When I saw my first bill I have to pay the tablet and my iphone7 plus paid for the power bank, case, and the screen protector. It didnt go to the new phone as I was told. My first bill was $260 and my second bill is &442. How is that possible. I called Verizon but told me victra has to take care of the problem. I been trying to resolve the problem but victra is pushing me around to different people every time I go talk to them. Im very frustrated. When I traded in my phone he told me that all my pictures will be save to new one. But it didn. My daughters pictures for couple years are gone. Thats how they make money they lie to their costumers.

Same as the review before mine. They upgraded my device, and they stated I would save money on my bill. They even said I can take a tablet at no charge, and just pay the service fee per month. Lies! My bill has increased $30 since the uprgrade.
