I get called by this company and then the company hangs up on me. I call back after looking up the number wondering how they got my number. Then I say yes I’m looking for a job and he gives me 10 min to come by. I get there and the front desk guy acts like he doesn’t want me there, wondering why I’m there in the first place. Gives me some garbage job listing and talks over me, doesn’t even listen to me when their entire job is to provide jobs for people. Very unprofessional, guy at the front shouldn’t be working there, doesn’t have proper customer service skills, felt treated poorly and had my time wasted. I don’t consider them to be a reliable resource.

Frank was amazing ,He promised to get me working and that same day he did . He’s attitude and just personality is the best ,not to mention he’s there on whatever you need . Will totally recommend people and go back if I ever need anything

We hired a temp from this business in Nov., and I cannot stress enough, they *did not vet this person*, as far as making sure that they could do what we needed (or anything we needed), and left us in a FAR WORSE situation than we were when we went to them desperately needing a professional employee. We had her almost 4 months, and spent about $4k to finally realize we had been swindled. Susan, their liaison/ representative was great, the ONLY professional we encountered in our ordeal, but the employee we received was NOT AT ALL capable of doing the things we named as *the most important* things we needed - bookkeeping, office manager experience, and experience with QuickBooks. I am floored how they sent someone to us, at the top tier price (we will pay or quality, and thats what we ordered and were charged for) for a bottom tier employee. It was our first time using this temp agency, and please, heed the warning if youre an employer looking for office personnel, youll need to make sure for yourself that whomever they send you knows ANYTHING about what you need from them, or youll be left like us - in a WORSE situation than we were in, and out of a WHOLE LOT of money, and left with a WHOLE LOT of disappointment. If youre an employer, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE. We had better luck searching on Indeed.com, and interviewing on our own, and FINALLY got someone who actually knows what theyre doing...just in the nick of time. Wish we would have tried RM Personnel, since our new employee had actually temped with them, and is perfect, and amazing. Go there, and avoid this place at all cost. SO EXPENSIVE & FRUSTRATING!!!!

Dmdickerson’s urgency in finding me work was amazing to me they truly fought for me and it’s really been tough getting accepted to work and Charlie at dmdickerson on Mesa got me doing what I would rather be doing this with in two days of going into the office You guys are very much appreciated it!!!!

David was very nonresponsive. I told him I would like a different job since I didnt feel like the job he got me was allowing me to expand and they were also changing my schedule out of the blue. He lead me to believe he was in contact with someone about the random schedule changes, yet he became unresponsive when I texted and called him regarding this matter. Finally, I went in person to speak to him, to quit the old job, and get a new job. He told me he would be in contact with me about a new job, and again, he was unresponsive. It was my first time working with this company, and I really wish I had been paired up with Charlee instead since I heard nice things about her.

I went to this agency two separate times and it was a waste of time and gas. I went to both interviews, took their Prove it Test (scored pretty good) and never got a phone call back. I called a week later for a follow up and they said they would call me back and it was again the waiting game. without results. I mean if there is a reason why they cant or wont find me a job, I understand, just let me know. Dont lead someone to believe you are trying to find them a job and leave them hanging without an answer.

Called the office to get more information and was directed to their office for a job interview the next day. I spent a couple of hours doing paperwork and training and was found a job that I would like and could help me work my way up right away that same day. All the staff was very nice and helpfull.

Avoid this place. You have to pay for the background check yourself. OUT OFF YOUR OWN POCKET. They wont pay it!

You all hire people that have DWIs and does drugs and might have STD as well. Not to add that there is an employee that has mental issues and is mentally and emotionally unstable that uses crack/cocaine, and cocaine. Cristina Martinez is this person yet you all still these type of people that might blow up in your face and not show up one to work or will show up high, drunk, or hungover and might end up getting you in trouble for not getting the job done. Reconsider your hiring process and make sure that we as patients are treated by people that dont attention themselves

This staffing company is truly terrible. Went in over a month ago, wasted several hours of my time that seemed pretty promising at first. Cindy M. told me she would recommend me to a doctors office. Called after over a week with no word, she told me she hasnt heard back from the doctor, and so I asked her to move on to other options. She told me they have to work the offers to completion with either an acceptance or denial before moving on. So basically, all your eggs in one basket at a time. Its now been 2 weeks since that conversation and I have heard NOTHING from her. Not a follow up, check in, nothing. Dont waste your time on this place.

This was the first time I ever worked through a temp agency and this is the worst experience Ive ever imagined to have. From customer service all the way down to getting paid. So this so call agency got me a position at a site. On the 4th day in my daughter had gotten sick I was unable to take her to daycare. I called   in and spoke with a lady  from a call center who said the office is closed but she will let the lady who had been assisting me since the beginning know. Then around 8:40 I got a call from the lady who had been assisting me from the beginning. Her name is Cindy. So she calls and all I said was hello and her automatic response was you called in cause your sick? You dont sound sick!!I was so in shock  first because  I had told the lady that answered my call earlier that my daughter had a fever the daycare wouldnt take her in. And second because the lady Cindy was rude. I responded No Im not sick my daughter is. she then replied back well you just started  they wont take you back.I said okay  It was so ugly how she was  being toward me. I guess she had a bad morning but I feel in this profession you should always leave your problems at home. And she was acting like I just didnt want to work. In my head I was like lady did you forget I came to YOU for a job. Like if I could I would have gone in.Anyways I think she realizes how she was acting and at the end of the call said that she will call them and see if I will still be working there. And that she will let me know by the end of the day.  So i waited and no call already 4pm. I called Cindy back and she said she emailed them and they didnt reply. And told me to just go in tomorrow. Something just didnt seem right.So I took it upon myself and called the actual site I worked at. Which to my surprise Informed me that my supervisor  never received an email from Cindy nor a call.  Neither the lady that handles the temp to hire employees at the site. I was so upset and glad I called so I didnt go in the next day for no reason ( problems didnt end there) So then I faxed over my timesheet and never got paid I called and coincidently it was because they never received my timesheet they said they would call me back and never did. A month and a half later still no pay nor call.  Just 3 days but still  I didnt just work for free.I called back and spoke to pay roll and they told me they never got my timesheet. So I said okay enough with the run around.  What do I do to get what I worked for. Do I need to submit another time sheet what do I need to do. She then said yes you can do that just go to the office and they will fax it over to her. (She said I could go to the east side location.) And so I do so and also told the lady in payroll that I wanted to cancel  the direct deposit I want a check.  She then told me I had to fill out a form there. Which I did. All to get a voicemail from pay roll saying my timesheet got approved I will get the direct deposit tomorrow.  Like are you kidding me. I just told you and faxed you a form to cancel direct deposit. Literally just spoke with you.  This place needs to get inspected. Fraud seems to be going on here. This place needs better  employees and better customer service. This waa the first and last time I ever work through a temp agency. They are giving temp agencies a horrible rep.  If I could Id rate this place a zero.

I have had nothing but so many bad experiences here. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Front desk is extremely rude in person and on phone. I have never been hung up so many times on the phone. On top of it they forget about you. The worst part is coming in to talk to them and taking tests just to get an interview. I am always being asked if I took this test or if I have had this interview. To me it is like dont you keep all the tests and interviews on file?! I have spoken to 4 different people at this company (Charlie, Raul, Suzanne, & Cindy) to help me and each time I was told we have a job for you, and I need to see the requirements first and then I will call you back. Then I dont get any phone calls and when I call back it’s the same thing. It is just a circle of bad treatment. So frustrating and a waste of time. I have had so many people warn me about this place and I believe this is the last straw.

Awful. Have no sense of understanding at all.I called in one time because my daughter was sick and was fired for it. Was told by Charlie that my life was a mess and she couldnt put me on a new assignment and that I need to have a back up plan. Im a single mother with no family in the area! Kids want their mothers when they are sick, not a babysitter! When I asked for help getting a new assignment later, I was just ignored. Disgusted by this place...tempted to start a lawsuit.

I went in last week to DM Dickason a little reluctant looking for job placement only because in August I was at another staffing agency and had a horrible experience with the job recruiter. I did not know what to expect. However, I was very impressed with the entire experience! First impressions are always key when entering any establishment and the receptionist, Norma, was very inviting, kind and pleasant. The office was very clean, spacious and professional.
