3rd time ive visited this employment agency and a recruiter (male) always speaks about his sexual experiences with construction workers. When the conversation gets shifted back to my skills, he would say lets see, lets see what we can do then he would proceed by telling me how attractive construction folks were and his sexual experiences with them. This happened 3 times every time in about a 3 year period, when being interviewed. This is absolutely unacceptable. This recruiter behaves as if he is the owner and boss of the employment agency, when his professionalism is called for.
