The absolute WORST PLACE to work in El Paso! No one speaks English for one, two they complained about me being 12mins late after transmountain closed due to SNOW! LIKE REALLY BE REALISTIC PEOPLE ! MY LIFE IS WORTH MORE THEN YOUR PRODUCTION! LASTLY the first day I was given the wrong scheduled time. A complete and utter waste of time.

The whole process is really fast and I got hired the same day. Since being at my job Jackie Estrada has made it very easy getting adjusted and she’s always available. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a job.

The Manager Thony was great during the interview and was very professional. However, after going in for a interview for a Recruiter role, the corporate office decided to go with a person who has less qualifications and willing to pay them a very low industry average pay rate. The role stated Recruiter, but it’s more of a sales person opportunity. Thony needs to be running the office 100%. Stay away from this company, as job postings are misleading and the corporate office will change their minds even after their own branch staff recommends you.

As a Banquet Manager at the Wyndham Hotel, I was in need of a good team to help me with my events. Beth, Maria and all her team lend a helping hand with a good crew. Staff is always clean and presentable. Furthermore more the management team is very professional and passionate in their work ethic. I couldnt be happier with TRU TEMPS. TRuTEMPS Staffing Groups offers online hours worked documentation as well as many opportunities for job advancement and permanent job placement. As a former employee, they always called every week to see how the job was going and to see if I needed anything. I had a good experience with one of the recruiters, her name is Maria, very understanding and polite... but her boss Beth is very very difficult to work for... very rude person, dont respect workers and not professional at all... I called to return to work and she refused too. Maybe Maria should take over and be the boss there since she does know what shes doing.

Terrible at staffing for the El Paso Coliseum. There are always complaints from the road crews about how they get inexperienced and untrained people on the work calls. The company has no safety standards and no one to enforce them. The lady in charge, Veronica, just sits in the stands and delegates responsibilities to people who are even less competent than her. If you want an easy pay check, show up in the morning for work. When you come back at night, just check in and leave 10 minutes later, because Veronica never stays after the show. I always got the full hours on my checks. There are way better companies in the El Paso area.

The person that was assigned to my site she was very unprofessional didnt communicate right. I missed one day of work she wanted a Drs note told her Id go to the Drs the next day since my first pay with them was the next day she said no to turn in my badge. So be prepared to have a Drs note if you miss ONE DAY.

Do not deal with these people they are scammers charging all kinds of fees. Plus they scammed me offering good pay as a forklift driver but then after struggling with them for a checkstub it only ended up being minimum wage. Dont listen to the lies nd be fooled nothing but scams from this shady company. They charge you a fee to find you work plus they dont value your forklift license because they want you to pay more cash for theirs..Worked for a lot of companies this one gotta be the worst.

Lack of leadership.. Turnover rate is very high due to a dictating GM. You are just money to them not an employee.. They will send you anywhere even if they know how unsafe or dirty the job site is and if u let them know it isnt working out they will deactivate you from the system..
