Our van had a check engine light the morning after we rented it and we could not take it on our trip anymore. He didn’t have a van to replace it, our trip was ruined. He has a computer to clear the codes on the vehicles so the codes won’t show again until you drive 30-50 miles. If you want a safe vehicle to rent for your family avoid this place.

Horrible service from Carlos, had previously spoke with him about getting a van for me and my family since we wanted to take a trip, he agreed to waiting for us later that day when I got off of work. So we show up with cash in our hand and he had already rented it out knowing we had an agreement. Then proceed to loud mouth us as we walked out. I get you run a business and need to make your money but having an agreement and saying to be there by 5 and still sell it and tell us that’s how he runs his business, well your business is rated one star sir. Thank you for nothing Carlos.

After waiting 2 hours for a vehicle that I had a reservation to receive at 10 am, I was horrified at the vehicle we received. The radio was not working, charging ports were not working, seats ripped, cruise control didnt work, and the van wouldnt go over 60 mph going up a hill and the rental person knew we were travelling to Colorado. The check engine light went on while we were on the road and the window area of the drivers side leaked so I had a wet leg for most of the vacation because it rained nearly every day. I was scared and worried about this van the whole trip. It didnt drive well, the steering didnt feel right and it had 190,000 miles on it. Most people rent a vehicle to have a nice, worry free vehicle for their trip, not something older and in worse shape than their own vehicle. In the end, owner refused to give any discount or make things right in any way.

All there Vans they have are dirty broken inside. There not cleaned at all. The guy lies to you.

He is a man that I say man, despot child, equalized sinico, their vehicles do not serve and they do not give discounts or help with anything, in our eyes it was useless, backlights, back doors, brakes, gas pump, tires. Dont do it, its not worth the ridiculous price they give. Scammers

Hello I went to rent a truck to go to phinex arizona but when I took it I felt that the first and the second did not come in and the whole box moved ugly, I returned them and they did not return the money just mine, be careful I do not recommend this place thanks

Rent a van and it broke down after 4 hours on the road which caused us an accident it is unfortunate that they put the lives of people who trust their service at stake
