It is extremely uncommon to feel among friends at a car dealership, especially at a used car lot, but the environment here is just that, friendly and service oriented. Manager with colored eyes and tattoos bad customer service kept asking for more and more down telling me they worked with more banks than other agencies, plus I was there for hours with them assuring me I would get the car. Manager told me what was I doing there if I had better deals, they did not work with me at all SO GLAD I chose ESCAR Auto Center on Montana with great customer service and willing to help me out to get the car I wanted .

We just bought a vehicle from this place. They rushed us to buy the truck in the same day. Which I thought was odd but we needed another vehicle that was reliable as my husband drives back and forth to the Odessa/Midland area at least once a week. We test drove while the guy selling the truck was talking the entire drive so we couldnt hear anything. After just a few days of purchasing the vehicle we heard a weird noise. Indianapolis Motors told my husband could not to take it to the dealership until we got the paperwork in the mail from the finance company. After waiting two weeks for the paperwork, we took the vehicle to the Ford dealership today. The issue is both front end struts. One is leaking so bad the paint is starting to wear down. The breaks already need changed after only two weeks of having this vehicle. The guy selling said they had just been changed. Warranty doesnt cover it and Indianapolis wont do anything. This is something that should have been caught when doing inspection on a vehicle youre selling. So on top of just putting $3,000 down on this truck and paying almost $800 a month, we have to pay almost $1,000 to fix these issues. Indianapolis Motors, did you not check the breaks? Because if you had, you would have seen how bad the struts were and fixed them. This just shows how lazy your mechanics are or how crooked your company is. You seem to cut corners and not care about the safety of your customers. We are great customers. With past vehicles, we make our payments early and pay the vehicle off early. I understand vehicles have minor issues being used, but this is not ok. These issues should have been fixed before putting them on your lot to sell.We even wrote an amazing review the day we bought it because we thought the customer service was great. But of course it will be when you just made them over $25,000. Now that there is an issue, no help is offered what so ever.I would not recommend this place at all!!

Car has been in shop since we purchased it due to faulty airbags and leakage from the sunroof! No gas card was given neither... It would have been nice to have ACTUALLY received that phone call from our sales representative following our visit. Either they did not like the price we offered on the vehicle, we did not qualify or they sold it to someone else. Regardless, this just shows how great Indianapolis customer service is. First and last visit I will be making to place.

TERRIBLE service. Untrustworthy. Indianapolis Motors kept my car for 4 weeks, because accordingto Salvador, they could not find parts to fix my car. Then they asked for ME to find the parts. The worse part is they didnt do the job but put an additional 200 miles on the car.

Tony helped us get into the car we wanted but didnt think we could get. Pete worked with us with our down payment and got us driving in a newer nicer car.
