Had to wait a month for the 9am appointment. Because you are so busy. Had to come from Ruidoso the day before and get a hotel. Or I could have left Ruidoso at 6. That wasn’t your fault but I didn’t want to leave so early or wait for a later appointment. Took 2 1/2 hours. No loaner because you sell so many cars. Wanted to trade for Cayenne but sales guy was busy. Oh well the hot chocolate was free.

I had a great experience at Porsche of El Paso. They set up my appt right away and when I arrived they checked me in quickly and had a loaner vehicle for me. They kept me updated on progress of my vehicle and when it was ready it looked great. They had washed my vehicle and it looked great. I was extremely please with everything during my visit.

I was able to complete a lot of the transaction online. Once at the facility, was greeted promptly. There were customers ahead of me, so there was a wait. But everyone made sure to check on me and offer me snacks and beverages until it was my time to complete paperwork. Thank you to all who assisted me with my purchase. So far the Car Salesman Ive been working with has been pretty pretentious with me. He has failed to understand what I want out of the car and is merely relying on the clout of the brand to keep me interested. My family and I are finally in the market for a nicer, more luxurious Family Hybrid. When asked about the poor MPG of the Panameras hybrid my car salesman responses are,To your point about the Panamera. I bet your wifes SUV doesnt go from 0-60 on 4.3 seconds! :-)Either it excites you, or it doesnt. There is no practical argument for a $100k+ car. It is purely a desire, not a need.This after Ive already told the guy I dont care about performance, I need MPG, comfort and technology.I guess Ill do some research on the tesla model s... or find a Porsche dealer whos actually willing to help me find the car I want.

Great service! I swung by to pick up a headlight tool for my 911 to put some new bulbs in. They didnt have the tool in stock for sale, so they came out to my car and replaced the bulbs for me, right then and there. Ill definitely be back!

Mr. Arpin at Porsche El Paso was very professional and courteous. He keep us informed about every step they were doing to our Macan and why it needed to be done. The car was checked for any maintenance needed. We had no idea that one of the front tires had a nail and Mr. Arpin immediately notified us about replacing the tire with a new one even though the tire has less 1000 miles; a new tire was installed.Thank you Porsche El Paso for having Mr. Arpin as a Service Consultant at this location; he is so polite and respectful.
