On LAX had other car sold out. Enterprise found us a car at a great price

Horrible customer service, appointment was for 8 am and no one showed up until 8:15. The vehicle wasnt even ready.

So the employees were nice and courteous. The car provided was good. My suggestion for anyone is to make sure you get their insurance because i got hit and had to pay my deductible eventho it wasnt my fault. Yes it will get reimbursed but i have to wait. You never know whats going to happen so pay the extra insurance with enterprise

Excellent service! Staff was great and friendly. They upgraded my rental to a bigger car with the same rate for a small car. They had run out small cars so they told me that they were going to upgrade to a bigger car and they did! Great prices and excellent service. Recommend it.

Great customer service by Stephanie. I booked a rental car on a weekend special not realizing it had a mileage limit of 400. She took care of me and my family for the weekend.Thank you Stephanie you were great and the driver who took me home was very polite, talkative and super nice.

I had a brand new BMW for this rental. Amazing ride. Will request this one again. The employees are usually very nice and polite. The one thing I can say that was a little upsetting was I wasnt told at check-out that they were only taking credit cards at check-in. I had put aside cash for this and had to use debit card and run to bank to deposit money. Lease be upfront with patrons.

Staff was generally courteous. The car I rented unfortunately had some scratches and a small dent when I brought it back (not sure how it got there, mustve happened when I had the car parked). In any case, since I used my Visa card they usually will provide insurance for you (make sure you decline the insurance that Enterprise offers you in order to take advantage of this benefit). However, when they statement came in for the repairs they actually tried to charge for repairs that were not previously reported on the statement I received from them when we inspected the car upon return. In the end, Visa covered all the damages but its kinda sketchy that they added on all those repairs that were not documented beforehand. This is probably how they get all their cars repaired -- by waiting until there is one thing significant enough to repair and that having all the other minor damages repaired as well and dropping the bill on you.

Just save yourself the time and nightmare and rent from another branch. I have used enterprise and enterprise only for years because of their exceptional service, but this is possibly the worst managed branch. They wont notify you they are short on cars until you get there and wait because one rep is serving 3 people at once. Then theyll tell you in person they are sorry but even though THEY CONFIRMED YOUR RESERVATION, they dont have your car. They arent even able to tell you an approximate of how long the wait is. Her exact words were you might not be able to pick up today at this location because we close at 6. So why did you guys confirm my booking? Just to leave me in the dark? This interaction probably will drive me away from enterprise for good

The office i rented at has limited hours. Its a remote location. They allowed me to drop it off at a sister location closer to home and gave me a ride home. Rosemead and El Monte offices are awesome..

Because of enterprise i cant pass any of my classes. Enterprise is closed for memorial day and doesnt want to let me get my back pack from the trunk that i left there when my family rented the car for the weekend and now they dont want to let me have until after memorial day.
