Weve rarely left negative reviews, but in this case we really must because the lack of communication from this company is so frustrating. No way to talk to a live person - they apparently have no office where someone would answer a telephone. Left a message saying our appliance needed repair. Three days later we got a call saying they would send a technician out later in the week to make a diagnosis. In the meantime, we were asked for our credit card number. That was okay ... except then we got an email saying thanks for letting us put your credit card permanently into our database. Not okay - what if they get hacked? Technician came out, made a diagnosis, ordered the part needed, left, and then we heard not another word from these people. They did charge the credit card tho. We called. We left messages. No clue if theyll ever come back. But they have the card number on file. Yaaay!Update: Almost 2 weeks later finally got a call from their tech who came out on the day scheduled. He was friendly, wore a mask, and did a good job, so we think its just the office thats really screwed up.

Our dishwasher decided it was time to quit draining last week. My husband & I attempted to solve the issue ourselves, but it was too big of a job for us. I called West Metro Appliance Repair because of their excellent reviews, and it was definitely the right choice! Madeline answered the phone & did a great job with the intake, thoroughly answering all my questions. Cole showed up right on time to diagnose the issue. He even undid the mess my husband & I made (sorry, Cole!). He was super friendly, professional, and took a THOROUGH look at our dishwasher. The repair needed ended up being a good chunk of the dishwashers worth (as I kind of expected), so we ultimately decided just to replace the whole thing. Dishwasher install isnt something they handle, but they referred me to a great install company!I couldnt be happier with the service I encountered and value we received. Highly recommend!

We were told our gas fireplace could not be repaired so we started pricing new ones. My husband called West Metro to see if they could look at it. They were very up front about the service charge to look at it feeling fairly sure they could fix it. Not only did they fixed it and clean, they upgraded it. Its literally like new again! All for hundreds instead of thousands! Highly recommend their service. They message you when they are on their way and when they arrive.

Highly recommend WMA! Nick was absolutely awesome! He was such an expert in all of our appliance needs and was able to assess the situations quickly. He was polite, professional, and gave really genuine perspective on the state of our appliances. We appreciated his recommendation on whether we should fix or buy.

West Metro did a great job with our troublesome gas fireplace; they were professional, diligent, and made themselves available when we needed them. Most importantly, we feel like West Metro did not try to add cost to the job, and in fact at one point made a suggestion that saved us more expense. We highly recommend Nick and his crew.

I am afraid that I cannot recommend this company. As a homeowner and property manager, this company might work well for a homeowner who has tons of time to kill, but as a property manager, I cannot recommend them.I have worked with electricians, plumbers, carpet installers, carpet cleaners, painters, and HVAC repairmen, and I can say that they all better communicate to the homeowner or property manager. They understand what a property management situation is and what it entails. West Metro Appliance Repairs policy is for you to wait up to 4 hours without any OFFICIAL notification of when the technician will arrive except for ringing the doorbell. I say official because they do not abide by their text or email system. They are arbitrary and useless. Secondly, they will only wait at a property for five (5) minutes. If you are a homeowner and you happen to be in the bathroom showering and you cannot come to the door, good luck. They will most likely leave and bill you $100.Comcast and several other companies can commit to a two (2) hour window. Why cant they? As a property manager, I cannot personally wait in a tenants apartment, condo, or home up to four hours if I have to be available immediately when they decide to show up. I dont feel this is right to the tenant nor to me.I have to give them one star because they didnt solve the washing machine leaking problem, and they refuse to pick a phone and actually call a person to say they are on their way.This is ridiculous in this modern era. They have cell phones. Use them.

Great experience. Easy to schedule, good communications leading up to appointment with text and email. Showed up on time, and even had pre-ordered parts so they could fix my refrigerator in one visit. Technician was professional and pleasant. Well done!

I feel obligated to share my experience with Justin from West Metro Appliance Repair. Our dryer went out and it was stressful as several individuals rely on it working. When Justin came out, I unfairly shared many of my frustrations with him. He acknowledged and apologized for the issues I experienced then proceeded to deliver an OUTSTANDING service call and get out dryer repaired same day. My only concern with the experience was trying to get in touch with staff in the office, which Justin assured me was a recent issue as new employees were being trained in. Needless to say, I will be calling West Metro Appliance Repair for future needs.

When making house calls they arrive in a very timely manner and treat your home like their own. My fridge was leaking water, I had no idea how/where/why. They were able to come the next day, showed me what they fixed. They also went through the other appliances in my house and explained ways I can keep them running great so I didnt need to call them. Excellent work!

The team at West Metro Appliance is fantastic. Our stove went out the day before Thanksgiving (and we were hosting). They came in , fixed our stove over the course of two days, and genuinely saved the day for us. Service was great; they were polite and respectful, and the cost was (surprisingly) low. Nick and his team do excellent work. They were fast to arrive for initial service call. They were honest in the work that needed to be done. Although our freezer was a little high tech with a Samsung ice maker they took their time, provided a solution and got the right discontinued parts. I pay monthly for the Home Service Plus appliance repair plan with Xcel but they couldnt come out for 6 weeks to fix my dryer! With 2 kids and 3 dogs, that just wasnt going to work!I called West Metro around 1 pm on Saturday and they booked me for a Monday morning appointment. The staff person was punctual, polite, clean, fast and thorough! 20 minutes later it was fixed!Very reasonably priced too! I am very pleased. Thanks guys!

Hands down, best service weve ever had. We bought a house with high-end, older appliances. Which of course means it is nearly impossible to find people willing to work on them. Nick and Scott had their hands full with this project and I was impressed with their honesty and work ethic. This a truly a business with utmost integrity. While I hope I never have to call again, they will be the first guys I call when we need service on our appliances.

Awesome service level. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem with my dryer (Miele) correctly. Parts were expedited to get it back up and going. It’s a German dryer that took over 7 hours worth of work from the initial diagnosis to replacing the fan blade. They did not charge me for the time it took, they charged me for the job, so I paid A LOT less than an hourly rate, and still got great service. They also agreed to work on my vent hood, when the parts arrived, they actually found they could make the repair without replacing the motor. This saved me $300, and they returned the parts w/o question. This showed me how ethical WMA operates. They will have all of my business going forward! Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Nick from West Metro Appliance has been to my home to fix 3 separate appliances. Hes a very conscientious young man who is going to have a hugely successful business because he has integrity and is very honest. He will get to the bottom of any problem. Hes developing a great reputation and I highly recommend him if you have the misfortune of a broken appliance. He and his crew make dealing with these issues more pleasant. My only suggestion would be a shorter window then 4 hours for appointment scheduling. Nick is definitely my go to for appliance repair because hes honest and trustworthy!

Nick and team were awesome! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and they showed up when they said they would. Nick figured out the problem with our dishwasher and then offered to take a look at our HVAC system, which wasnt on the original service request nor do they typically service them. I had a freezer that was leaking water all over the floor, called Nick (the business owner) and told him what was going on.
