The two guys who came out today to inspect and treat were wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable and cared that I understood everything they were doing. They both loved their jobs, which made my experience go smoothly and timely. Their arrival was prompt, and their professionalism was highly appreciated. The Orkin representative, A.J., was friendly, courteous, and professional. He answered all our questions and asked if there were any specific issues we were having. He inspected all areas of the property and took steps to mitigate issues that he saw. We have problems with mice, and he checked traps he set out during a previous inspection and replaced them as necessary. He noted there was very little evidence of anything getting into the inside of the building, meaning previous work he did on the exterior was doing its job. I appreciated it when he saw that we had a 2-year old and asked if wed prefer him to wear a mask when he was indoors.There had been a few scheduling problems earlier in the year (Orkin comes to the property monthly during the Spring and Summer), but by July they were ironed out. Overall, Im glad we decided to go with Orkin.

Roland from the Rice Lake office came out to Spray for numerous wasp nests at lake property. He did a great job! Courteous, friendly, on time and professional!

We have used Orkin at our lake home for 3 years. When we bought the home we found out that bats were in the unfinished basement walls. Orkin did an inspection and took care of the problem quickly. Since then they have done monthly treatments for mosquitoes, ants, rodents, and spray the whole house in the fall for Asian beetles, which are a problem in this area. We have been very happy with the result of their work - no problem with pests. We have also been happy with how responsive they are with scheduling and changes in the services we need. The technicians who come to the house have been pleasant and timely. We want to mention one in particular who has come to our home many times. AJ always arrives with a smile, checks on our expected service and helps us plan for any needed changes. He is very efficient and thorough with his work. Its rare to have someone who is always happy to do his job!

We’ve had a bug problem for a while and I never called because I thought it would cost too much to have a professional come out and that I could manage it myself. However, it got out of control and then I had no choice, but to call. I regret not doing it sooner!!!! The price was waayyyy less than I thought it would be, they came the same day I called and the guy that came was extremely helpful! I highly recommend not waiting to call if you think you have a bug problem. At the very least you can get a quote within minutes of calling and can always call them back to schedule something. Very impressed and will continue using their services!

Rep could not find a nest. Wasps still entering house from somewhere. Rep came out a second time. Problem continues to prevail with me killing 10 to 15 wasps entering the house daily. For a $300 charge, one would anticipate solution to the problem. Rep was very courteous.

The orkin man was very friendly. Arrived earlier than expected. Let me know everything that would be done and asked if I needed any other services performed, I didnt at the time. But he let me know that if I ever do, they will gladly help. Would definitely recommend them!!

Excellent service. Called in the AM they were at our home by 1:00 that afternoon. Rep removed a huge paper wasp nest from under or deck as well as checked over our entire house for additional nests.Totally recommend this company and their services.

Ground wasps had infested my backyard, and Orkin came the very same day that I called them. They sprayed everywhere, and removed three nests. While expensive, the lad did a great job, and some things are worth paying for. I highly recommend them.

Our Orkin Man is the BEST! He deserves a raise, he shows up happy, eager to help, prepared to work and is very knowledgeable about would be most helpful for our home and property. If you have a training department he should lead it because his joy is contagious.

So disappointed with our Orkin experience. We called for help getting rid of rats in an outbuilding. We paid $250 for four sticky traps we could have bought at the hardware store for $10. There was no follow-up from them, and needless to say the problem was not addressed. My request for a refund was not honored and their customer service representatives kept putting me off. Dont waste your money or time working with them.

I dont understand why you had to toss my place like a drug related murder scene on television. All you were doing was spraying baseboards and furniture at the apartment building were I live. This is more than a little excessive. I am not looking forward to your return for the second treatment in a couple weeks.

Tanner is always friendly and informed. Did not see him spray outside of home, but the order said he did. Rodent problem seems to be resolved.

I dont personally have cockroaches but my neighbors do. You can imagine my surprise when I saw them in my garage, on the side of my house and yes, in my house. Orkin and health department confirmed infestation is not my house. Orkin has worked with me to help eliminate these nasty lil bugs from entering. Seasonal services, I recommend orkin to anyone with a similar problem.

My Orkin rep. Is great, and always professional and follows Covid guidelines during his visitations . He quickly was able to get outlet rodent and mosquito issues under control and now is doing maintenance treatments to make sure the problem does not return.

I was told on the phone that the service included finding how mice are entering our building. And any spotswould be filled. Our tech said that is not possible. We asked him to check for nests, he told us where to look ourselves.So very nice man but not the service they told about on the phone.

I had wasps in my siding. Randy came out and sprayed and powdered them. He was efficient, professional and explained what was happening. They also have a 30 day warranty if I see more wasps.
