Terrible customer service. Didnt show up when they said they would, didnt return multiple phone calls from myself or my husband. Only time I got a call was when he wanted his payment. This is just the tip of our issues with them...but wont go into detail here. Again - terrible customer service...doesnt care about the customer or end result, just his money!

Guy steals your stuff and keeps it and says hell bring it back and takes 2 months to get it back. if you rent equipment do not rent to this guy because he will pay for 4 hours and keep it for months. Guy is a dirt-bag.

Rented a U-Haul here and then spent two months getting the corporate office to refund all the extra charges this place tacked on after I dropped it off. They charged me for nearly 150 miles I didnt drive, an extra day of rental, and fuel that I replaced before returning. No one was there when I picked it up and no one was there where I dropped it off. So youre on your own with this place when it comes to the rental trucks - make sure you take photos of the rentals odometer and fuel level before and after the rental. Or better yet - rent something from someone else because U-Hauls regional staff were just as difficult (or should I say, absent) as this place.! Gotta love a local business that treats locals so poorly - recipe for failure!

Service sucks. They show up randomly, not every week like what we discussed before I hired them. I also asked for a monthly statement so I could keep track and make sure I wasnt over charged. I received my first statement in August. I was charged for every week, but they didnt show up every week. I even called them because it was over 2.5 weeks between mowing and nobody showed up or returned my call. Very poor customer service. But mostly upset for mowings charged when they didnt show up.

Rented a U-haul from this location. First the directions took us to an abounded warehouse. After finally finding the location the owner put a sign on the door saying that they are closed today. I was able to rent the U-haul and pay online. So after 30 mins of driving around trying to find the location I had to call and get a refund and now have to spend more money to move in one trip! Very disappointed and unqualified customer service. There needs to be compensation for this ridiculous adventure.

Some of the workers are friendly enough, but ownership lacks in any ability to serve customers or potential customers. No response to phone calls or online forms.
