This is my second time using this machine. It is at one of the Menards stores. The first experience I had a problem with the keys I had made. I contacted KeyMe and the refunded my purchase promptly. I had a much better experience this time. Im thinking the first time maybe I didnt have the key I was trying to duplicate pushed hard enough into the machine. This time it worked great. Thank you for helping me with my first time I tried to use your service. My positive experience with you was why I tried the machine again Thank you once again.

Keys all worked as they should, had to take some sandpaper to the cut side to remove some burrs. Overall i would recommend and use this service again.

Just put your key into the KeyMe machine (located inside Menards) and the machine will scan it. If the key requires a transponder (like for newer car keys), your copy will be mailed to you. Tip: Cancel the first price they offer you and the machine might give you an immediate discount.

Easy process to copy a key. The specific machine I used did not cut cleanly, however. I have to file they key down at home to remove the burrs.

The key I received in the mail was cut exactly like the original and worked fine. I would have made this a 5 star but the keys I had made out of the machine locally did not cut as clean. It bummed me out from what I saw but the keys did work anyway. I honestly thought I had wasted my money.

Key works, but not perfectly. Have to wiggle a bit as compared to the original. Price is ok.

KeyMe is definitely different than Minute Key. The quality is great. Only issue I had for my first time ordering was it took 7 days to receive the key. Otherwise good service and communication on when I was finally going to receive the key.

First time user and super impressed. Easy, fast and key works! Like how I could pick out my own design. Will use again for sure.
