I sent an online order to have poster printed of multi styles/colors of angel wings for a memory board. I was so extremely pleased with the quality of the print, the turn around time and the pleasant staff. Thank you for being there ready to lend a hand and your professionalism.

Working overseas, urgently needed a cell phone CIM card shipped to Turkey. Paid highest possible shipping for speed. 1) the workers failed to mention that to clear Turkish customs you need to authorize a cash account to clear 2) once my item was stuck in İstanbul customs, they (FedEx as a whole) made absolutely no attempt to contact me by phone or email. If I hadnt gone out of my way to track the package myself and call FedEx, it would still be there. I need the card before I travel to a different spot for work, due to incompetence it likely wont make it in time.Apparently its my job to know the intricacies of every country I work in or need to ship to, and inform FedEx. If only there were a business I could pay money to for international shipping. Why did I pay for shipping again?

Stood in line for over 30 min to send a fax just to be met with very rude workers who pointed to a self fax area (not even marked so how was i to know?). When i asked for help to send the fax the attendents sighed and one kinda showed me after making me wait another 10 min. Then the machine was saying it couldnt fax...but i figured it out just for the other attendant to come over and take the papers out of the machine and stop the transmission. She was so rude! She wouldnt stop yelling at me. I told her to leave me alone and finally she went away. It took an hour and $11 to get my 4 page fax sent. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone!!

The staff here goes above and beyond! They never make you feel like youre stupid or that you are wasting their time. Very welcoming.

I have only used this FedEx center for shipping and receiving parcels, and they are wonderful to work with. I appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly staff that get me in and out quickly. Prices for shipping are also much better than some of the competitors. I have not used them to copying services, so I cannot speak to that, but they have a lot of packing and printing supplies and gifts in their store, including cards and other unique items. Overall, very positive place.

FedEx guaranteed delivery of our house closing papers by 3:00 Friday. It didn’t happen. Tracking information just said it was on the delivery truck! Calling the 800 number took me no where. I called this office and got Maureen. She tracked the package and set it up so someone could pick it up today, since there was no guarantee it could be delivered before the closing. She was great! Went above and beyond expectations.

Its always a great experience with their staff. They are friendly and always willing to assist in person and over the phone. The place is clean and organized. I give this place of business 5 stars all the way!

Im not familiar with returning orders. I was told to bring in my item in for them to return. I wasnt sure of the procedures. Thankfully, I met an associate, I remember clearly her name badge says, Melisa. She was able to assist me through all the problems I had in returning my item back to the company. She was able to reprint my return label & secure my package with extra tape. With her positive attitude and enthusiasm, I got my package ready to go and share some laughter with each other. : )

I came in after just spilling coffee on my white shirt feeling like a slob, and the lady working was nice enough to act professionally towards me and not treat me like the dirty hobo I felt like. I printed, signed, and faxed my document and was out the door in no time. Great service!

Overpriced, poor quality copies. I wasnt shown a proof first or I would have never printed all my copies here. I was told it was because of the original, but Ive used the same original at Digicopy multiple times. If you need copies I recommend Digicopy.

It was close to closing time and a Friday which I understand that workers want to go home but the lady said its too close to closing time and I have to open in the morning so come in at 8am. Very unprofessional!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Went in with a package and a return label on my phone. The woman behind the counter was unable to get it labled for shipping.40 minutes later was asked to leave because she had to close up. Somehow it was the costomers fault!

Always treated well by all staff . Their willingness to answer questions and be of assistance displayed each time I used the service.
