Absolutely love this place! Ive been using Cartridge World stores for several years and recently relocated to the area. Great products, great service, and I can have my cartridges shipped given Im a ways out of town. Shari has been the best to work with and she is extremely knowledgeable! She even recommended the prefect printer for my new office and set me up with easy order. 5 stars!

My business in Hudson used the Cartridge World there for years. Now we rely on Shari in Eau Claire to ship our Cartridges and weve had nothing but great experiences! I try to support local businesses when I can and with Cartridge World I save a TON of money doing it. 5 stars!

I have purchased by necessity, many cartridges for my office printers over the years. I was always skeptical of the generic brands until I was introduced to Cartridge World several years ago, but after reading the reviews online, I took a chance. I think this product is deserving of 4 stars. I can tell the difference in quality, but due to the lower cost I highly recommend this product. I will keep buying Cartridge World supplies as long as the quality and usage success doesnt slip.

A number of years ago when Cartridge World (CW) first came to Eau Claire, I was a regular customer. Slightly cheaper inks, support of a local business, recycling used containers, all that seemed like a good combination and CW met those needs well.Over the last year, CW (at this location anyway) has slid so far downhill, that I will not go there anymore.First, they stopped giving a discount when you brought in an empty cartridge. Apparently they dont realize that their business requires empties and customers should get an incentive for bringing in their empties. I started sending mine to a non-profit organization instead.Then their customer service went continually downhill. I had to wait outside for the shop to open (after their published open hours), the staff was not knowledgeable about their items, they gave incorrect cartridge replacements and then argued with my wife when she tried to return it. They actually sent her away saying she had to try to put the cartridge in the printer before they would take it back (despite the fact that it looked very different from the dozens of ones we had purchased previously).From now on, I will be ordering replacement cartridges from Amazon (I found that I can buy 25 cartridges from Amazon for the cost of 3 at CW).Sorry CW.

Melissa was awesome and very helpful. I was ready to toss my Dell Printer into the trash until she tested my new ink cartridges from Dell. They were both electronically bad. I had already sent them back and gotten new ones so I thought my printer was bad...if you ever get an error code on your Dell, take it to Cartridge World and have them test your cartridges. Ive got it hooked up and running and couldnt be happier.
